Final price spot-on with the estimate? Yes + Yes + Yes = Woohoo! As good as it gets! They gave an estimate for the house (~1950 sq ft, some high ceilings, four stories) that came in below others, and were able to begin work within a few weeks. Tom provided some excellent design suggestions, and pushed me to take a few things a step further than the very safe (read: potentially boring) visions I had for the space. While my husband and I packed up especially fragile items, the crew from Tom's took care of moving all of the furniture, removing wall plates and fixtures, and covering everything in plastic. And I do mean that they covered EVERYTHING in plastic. Each morning a crew of 4-6 guys would show up before I left for work and, when I got home 12 hours later, the house would look completely different. I don't know how they worked so quickly, but I suspect it was probably some sort of magic. While the original work plan estimated 4-5 days to complete the project, it was done within three. This included included the crew staying until 8:00 on the final day (a Friday) to finish cleaning up before the weekend. I was very satisfied with the quality of the finished job. Even some especially challenging spots (like covering the previous owner's offensive neon yellow bedroom in a soft grey) turned out perfectly. Over the course of the next week, my husband and I compiled a very short list of spots to be touched up and finalized. These were addressed in a timely fashion before we paid our final bill.

We booked Pizzazz to repaint two bedrooms, and paint a new bedroom and bathroom. We had some unique paint designs (wide stripes & split wall colors) which they handled perfectly.
