I paid the $125 service fee on July 8 but did not have to prepay for the part until it was completed. I had to initiate contact throughout the next week with Tim on status. Sometimes he responded and sometimes he didn't. I sent a message on Thursday, July 16 for status. He called right away and set an appointment for Friday, July 17 between 11-1pm. I took off work on Friday to be home for him. It is July 23......no contact/no show from Tim since the phone call on July 16. I have had to pay another company to come fix my oven. I will never call Service Brothers again!

However, upon entry the team there was extremely helpful, the store was clean and attitudes were joyful and had customer service at the center of it all. Upon hearing my request for the part I needed they informed me that getting it would take about 12 hours, the other local store said 6 weeks! The price was almost half the cost. Overall the interaction with this company left me in a place where I will always try to work with them.
