I asked for honesty in the offer with all things considered, as I wanted to ensure before making the drive out it wouldn't be a waste of time. I was then told they'd get me close to my asking price. I show up to the dealership (over 30 minute drive from my house) just to find out the gentlemen who I had been in contact with left the dealership for a hair cut. I was then greeted by his "partner". I gave them the keys and waited there an hour before getting any information about what they were doing with my car. The "partner" came back with my keys and a laundry list of things they said the car needed (as I had stated it was far from perfect). He then proceeded to offer me half of my asking price. Waste of time and gas. Beware. Trained weasels.

No salesmen hounding you, no going back and fourth on the price. Prices are always comparable and priced correctly. They do only sell used car. They provide the entire car history. Most cars I think are from retired fleet cars and or rentals. We have never had an issue. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They also have a service d department. CarMax makes buying a car easy and simple. I don't think I'd ever go to a dealer again. Jeff is the general manager, he is very friendly, inviting and helpful with questions.
