Up to that point I had great air conditioning in my car. Well the next day after picking up my car I had to use air and realized it no longer worked. I called Kevin owner and told him and he was very defensive saying he never touched air. I said can I bring it in to be checked. Well he made appt for 9 days from phone call. I took care of in he held it for 2 days told me it was a broken wire and AAA must have did the damage. He said it would 200 and he could sodder it but I really should pay 850.00 as it needs a new compressor. I agreed to fixing wire. Well he said he would do a good job and sodder wire. Then next day he calls and says I need a compressor 850.00. Sooooo dishonest. Please do not take your car there as he can NOT BE TRUSTED. Charged me $100+ for that, then promised me the vehicle will be done same day, also was a lie. Cathy is the only person in that business that knows what she's doing. The owner is extremely rude and left me a nasty message about my car being in their lot after he said it was no problem. He was looking for any reason to hike up the price on me. I saw other reviews with the same context but I always try a place before I judge. Well here it is. DO NOT GO HERE! Vandike auto repair is leagues better and their labor rate is lower than this god forsaken place.
