I wish I would have read these reviews before I took my car there. I'm inclined to believe that the good reviews were written by his friends, family and/or employees. He had my car for exactly a month parked around the corner in front of someone's house and never even looked at it. He also lied several times about my car being next and calling me, and about diagnosing it. IT NEVER MOVED FOR A MONTH. Didn't even have the decency to keep it on his property. I finally went back to get the vehicle and he didn't apologize. Handed me the keys and walked away. I'd give negative stars if Yelp allowed me. read more

This shop will just take your car and not do anything with it for weeks or months. Completely unresponsive. Don't believe me just look at their parking lot: he has dozens of cars just sitting there for months or years. It is just basically a junk yard. Don't waste your time. read more

The owner, Tim, is a nice guy. And he is responsive in getting back to you. But this repair place claims to be able to service import cars. I had been going to him for two years and kept having the same spark plug issues in my 2012 Audi, back in 2019. So shop kept changing spark plugs out and I really didn't understand why and asked, because the dealership only change spark plugs out like every 30 or 40,000 miles. And I certainly was not putting that kind of mileage on my car. Fast forward two years later, my spark plugs were drowning in an oil leak. Also a few other unidentified problems that Pro Imports did not pick up. I went here because it was local and had good reviews and thought it might be a little cheaper than dealerships. BTW, it wasn't. My point... if a car repair cannot identify spark plugs going bad repeatedly, bc they are wet with oil on them, you have bad people providing your service. Tim the owner ripped me off and wasted my time. My car sat on his lot for a month. Every time I went to see what was going on he told me it'll be fixed in 2 days. I finally got fed up and took my car somewhere else. I'm writing this review to let everyone know that I learned a $1800 lesson from Pro Imports so hopefully you won't. My 1st red flag was no one ever answers the phone. You have to physically goto the shop to get any answers. They will put a bandaid over a engine problem and send you home only to have you return with a bigger issue you came in with. read more

Tim at pro imports auto is the best! He is honest and fair. A few months ago our AC stopped working in one of our cars and the dealership said they had no idea what was wrong with it and they would just have to start taking things apart and they estimated it would be somewhere between $1000 and $4000 to fix. We took the car to Tim at pro imports and be pinpointed exactly what was wrong with it and fixed it for a mere fraction of the cost. Most recently my sisters car broke down at our house and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem for an extremely fair price. Tim and his team do such a good job. I've been taking my cars (15+ year old Porsche 911, 10+ year old Mercedes S600 and R500) to them for over 10 years. I was referred to him by a stranger who chatted me up at a tire shop and wanted to buy my car. He specialized in buying and selling older 911s. He told me that Tim was the only guy he'd ever let work on his cars. I've been going to Tim ever since. I really like cars. I have always owned older cars that can be expensive to maintain. Having a good mechanic is really important to me. Tim constantly surprises me with how easily and affordably he keeps our family on the road. My daughter and I just split the cost of a used Volvo XC90 for her first car. She'll be going to Tim when it comes time to do some maintenance. read more

This shop has been a fantastic resource to my family and me. Tim and all of the techs are highly experienced, who work very well together, and get my cars fixed properly and affordably. I respect his work, business and the team he has under him. They can fix all repairs and even offer competent towing people to help get your car there. I highly recommend this shop. I just made an appointment on a recommendation from Mr. Tires to get my brakes done for a 2009 Volvo S80 Cherry Hill Volvo wanted over 710.00 do fix my back brake pads and rotors I looked up to see what he cost should be and Pro Imports quoted me that exact price the watch dogs said it should be. They said it will cost no more than 400.00! They are obviously fair in their pricing and I appreciate that very much. I will review again once work is complete According to Cherry Hill Volvo I need all this other stuff done. we'll see. read more

Horrible customer service!!! They had my car for over a week & couldn't even get me an estimate. Every time I called Tim said he would call me back & never did. That happened 4xs in 5 days. Apparently they were down a person & backed up. That happens but it's their job to communicate with the customer & not keep saying they are getting to it soon at will call you back & never do. If there repairs are anything like customer service, take your car somewhere else like a had to. Complete waste of my time!! read more
