It started off a great experience but after I took delivery I noticed the wheels are chipping the paint off and I did show a wheel repair shop and they said whomever fixed these wheels did not do correctly. I bought a used telsa from this dealership. Once i got home and played around with it a little bit i noticed that one of the door handles did not operate properly, one of the windows also was having trouble rolling up and a headlight was out. I notified the sales rep does their cars come with any kind of warranty that at least covers for 100 miles etc. He stated they only had a 72 hour window. Within that window i came across the above issues. Reached out to the rep they stated they would take care of it. I brought my car in. They had it for 2 weeks and could not get parts from Telsa. I was then told to make an appointment with telsa, send them the invoice and they will pay it. Upon sending the invoice the sales rep stated they were not going to cover and I bought the vehicle as is. After saying they would cover it. Do not buy a used car from this company. They don't do CA out-of-state registration for me. I'm in the line at DMV right now I think I'm spending whole day for waiting. Something to keep in mind: AAA doesn't do out-of-state registration if you purchase a car from dealership. So stay in the DMV line is the only choice. Zero issues with both cars, this guy was so good that he actually did the research for me of where to take my trade in car to be inspected for the trade in. He also gave me a good price. Overall, I still drive the 911, which exceeds the merit he told me about the car, to be honest I think because he was so humble he did not want to oversell me a car because he understands the importance of integrity and reputation. Took my car in for an oil change. The service advisor notified me that my battery is losing charge. They charged me $100 to test the battery, yet while they were testing my battery, I found a coupon for a free battery inspection on their website. I found that disengenuous. Ended up with a $770 bill to change my battery. The service advisor then noted that my rear differential seal is leaking - recommended a full differential service for $2,200 which I declined. I took my car to BMW who conducted a full inspection and they confirmed all seals were in tact and there was no leak to services. Needless to say, I won't get my car serviced here again. read more

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Came in to look at a Maserati MC20. I don't test drive cars I'm not ready to buy, and yet at most places, they seem to expect you to buy a car you've never driven, which is crazy. I asked him to see the car, which was parked up front and blocked by other cars. I asked to drive it, expecting to be told "we need to go look at numbers first" or "we can't move cars right now to access it" or "we don't let people drive cars like this", but Danny got us settled inside with some drinks and got the vehicle ready to drive. This was for ceramic coating and window tinting. I asked him if this was an option and they said no.
