They helped me do repairs on my work truck and did it quick. I trust them and will continue doing business with them.

UPDATE: I originally left a review regarding our experience,…read moreand the company responded by denying responsibility and providing explanations that do not match the evidence we have. Apparently this is typical behavior though, for them. Our vehicle was brand new. After service, the vehicle developed issues that did not exist beforehand. It was also returned with scratches and damage that were not present when it was dropped off. What is most frustrating is that I specifically requested footage of the vehicle while it was in their possession, including footage of the work being performed. To date, that footage has not been provided. Instead, we have received explanations * that were CHAT GPT generated* that do not address the evidence and concerns we raised. When we took the car back, I have video footage of women coming out and taking pictures of the entire car after I asked for video footage to be preserved as a way for them to cover up their tracks. Since posting my original review, I have reviewed other customer experiences and noticed a concerning pattern. In our case, we have a recorded phone call in which a man acknowledged the damage and discussed repairing it. ( For clarity, the recorded call was not a hidden conversation. The company rep was standing outside speaking with my man while he was actively on the phone with me. My man called me to discuss when I would be able to pick up the vehicle. Rather than ending the call, I remained on the line and began recording. The man was fully aware that my significant other was engaged in a phone conversation and continued speaking about the vehicle and the damage while the call was ongoing. He full on, took responsibility And he said that he was going to fix the car. ) As a result, the statements made during that conversation were captured on the recording, including acknowledgments regarding the damage and discussions about repairing it.) We also have photographs, video footage, and witness statements regarding concerns we observed at the business. Additionally, I retained a private investigator to observe the business and document conditions independently. The issue for us is not just the damage itself. Mistakes happen. It is the refusal to take responsibility publicly after the fact while simultaneously failing to provide the footage that was requested. They fixed the scratch after getting grilled. That is the issue. according to other statements and reviews... they do alot worse then how they treated us. Our vehicle entered the shop without these issues and left with them. That is the simple reality of what occurred. I want to spread the word because unless you know what you're talking about, they will treat you very poorly. And try to cheat you out of things, they also, it will give back your car....Worse than when it went in. At this point, we are preserving all evidence and documentation related to this matter. If they choose to bite back with another lie.... i'll see you in court. Its my job. Im happy to bite back legally as I already am prepared and prepped. And i'm coming with videos and photographs and recorded conversations, customer reviews and other customer witness statements ( people that I don't even know) The evidence speaks for itself. They probably have a lot of people( their friends) who will back them up The bad reviews and what happened to these different people speaks much louder because it's a pattern of behavior. These people I didn't even know and they had similar. If not exact situations, just different car parts Anyone considering this business should carefully review all available customer feedback and make an informed decision for themselves. We stand by our experience and the evidence we have collected. We have documentation, recordings, witnesses, photographs, and video evidence supporting our concerns.

Jessy was so kind and communicative. He broke it to me that the car required more repairs than it was worth, and that my current shop was not doing a good job at maintaining my car. Maybe he felt bad for me, maybe he wanted to make a show of good faith, but he didn't even charge me for the diagnostic in that instance. I ended up selling that car for scrap and eventually buying a new car. I brought the new car in for a pre-purchase inspection and WOW, Jessy and his team really showed their true colors on how thorough they are! They checked absolutely everything. They even checked the cabin air filter because he told me that a rodent had built a nest in it. They found things that other shops had missed. Is there such a thing as being too thorough? Jessy might be! But I'd rather have my auto shop be extremely thorough and triple check everything rather than be sloppy and miss things. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality is obvious, right down to how they require appointments for their shop. They want to make sure that every single car gets the attention it needs. I can't recommend Mike Palmer enough and even though I don't live in the neighborhood anymore, I will make the trek to come back here for my auto repairs and recommend them to all my friends. Jessy is a truly honest mechanic who just wants to help you do your best to maintain your car. How do I know? They're not trying to make money nickel and diming you on easy fixes. He could have fixed the cabin air filter for me without asking and taken the easy win but instead he said, that's an easy fix and I easily figured out how to replace it on my own. He wasn't bothered by the fact that I wanted to change my own oil either. Jessy is your true ally in keeping your car running in tip top condition the best way possible.

He racked up a bill of $16,000 for repairs and said it wasn't worth it, and I either pay that or the $600 dollars diagnostic. I ended up going down there paying the diagnostic, registered my battery on my own, changed the lights and did the water pump and thermostat myself, the car runs great now, but I think the service guy was I talked to was throwing ridiculous numbers out, and made me feel like I'm had a shitty car e90 2010 bmw 335xi. One thing I will say that made me write a more positive review is when I went to pick up the car, the owner spent sometime talking about my car and told me it's a good car it just needs some TLC. He then proceeded to tell me the things I should do first on the car from important to less important, and he let me know my car was in good condition and it was okay to do the work on it.

I saw the reviews looked good so I made an appointment. The first appointment I made was for Friday that he said the guy had this Friday off so to bring it in next Friday I was told the guy super swamped. He's not able to do it. Bring it in next Friday .so the next Friday I did they had it Friday night at five all way up until Saturday afternoon still haven't gotten a call on Saturday so I called them and they told me oh the guy that does the service for the AC called in sick today so he's not here. OK, well why haven't I been notified about this so I can come pick up my car? The guy Bryan or something said that I can leave it until he works on it. I can't leave my car. I have a job that I have to go to. If it was a plan thing that I'm prepared, I would've figured something out to leave my car, but I wasn't told about him calling down and discussed what we could've done . Picked my car up talked with Bryan said well let's schedule it again for next Friday and I'll make sure get it fixed for you. OK fine I was very upset the first time he said that he would give me a deal and he'll make sure that it's serviced. Next Friday rolled up, dropped off my car like I have the past other two Fridays. A The young man was at the counter I told him what I was here for and they're like oh yes, leave your keys will take care of it and I told him if anything happens with the guy calling out. Give me a call so I'm not waiting all day and he said oh yes, we'll make sure to call you and notify you if anything changes. Saturday comes around which is today. I've been waiting all day for a call. I have not heard anything so I called around four. They told me that they don't do services on the weekends and that the guy that does it doesn't work on the weekends and I told him why haven't you guys told me this from the beginning I've been bringing my car in every Friday for the past three weeks and you just now telling me you guys don't do service on the weekend. I've wasted gas waste of time. They did not notify me that they were not working on my car after I've told them multiple times to contact me if they're not working on my car. good thing I picked it up today cause I looked to see what time they close. They are closed tomorrow and I would've been screwed on going to work Monday... very unprofessional No one knows anything when you go into the shop about what's going on. It's time wasting and very disappointing. Very bad service do not recommend it for anyone just because it's cheap. They will not help you.
