While waiting for opening day our son attended a different preschool and as kids will do, he picked up some negative behaviors and began saying he did not like school or learning. This was obviously very upsetting for all of us. However, within just a few weeks at Goddard we noticed a huge difference in him. He now loves school and we no longer have morning struggles and tears. He runs into the classroom each morning with excitement. His teacher is absolutely amazing and having the owners onsite and involved makes a big difference as well. The school is clean and bright and welcoming. I was a first time mom and didn't know of another place that would be so close or affordable. I kept my daughter here, truly for the convenience of distance and price rate. However, many times I would have normal questions I would think a typical parent of a 1-2 year old can have and there were times they didn't have an answer for me. Sometimes they were not willing to accommodate our family needs, yet that's part of what they claim they stand for. Please understand that my daughter was always happy to go there because of her teachers. The teachers do the best they can, but they lack appropriate training and sometimes resources. My biggest issue was with management. From my personal experience, since I am a teacher myself and deal with parents and here management was never the most professional with me as a parent. It really hurt me that we felt pushed out. They wouldn't accommodate my schedule and didn't guarantee me a spot for my daughter. They said they would let me know in advance and never did, which led me to find another school and know about my options, because they wouldn't give me an answer. As far as academics is concerned, my daughter didn't learn much there. They would play all day, hence she was always happy to go. I never saw a real progress in her learning. The administration was never willing to accommodate a family who had already been there for 2 years. They didn't care about losing us and pushed us out. Another issue was that there was no one you can take formal concerns to. They were all extremely close at a personal level and I knew I would not be heard. I would only recommend this place for your child's care if you want them to play all day and you want good rates. But be aware if you are 5 minutes late, you will be charge per half hour. I have to be honest as I never felt my daughter was neglected or in danger, but definitely didn't get the best educational experience there. This place could be a better place for families around BR if they take a better business management approach, which they have lack of.

If you're comparing them to Sportys or King (or any other), just know that theirs includes all mediums: iPad, online via browser, installable app for PC or Mac - included in one price. With Sportys, you have to pay extra if you want more than one of those. Also, they included their check-ride software, which is very thorough, for free. As someone who's gone through 6 years of higher education, I feel qualified to say that this course was very structured, while at the same time, very engaging (the presenter covers what could be very dry topics in a very interesting and easy-to-understand way). The multi-media also helps this. In terms of responsiveness - I probably emailed them ~15 times over a month with many different content questions (e.g., "why is wind reported in true direction while instruments are all magnetic?"), and each email was responded to within 5 minutes with courteous, patient, and professional answers. In one case, they asked if we could speak on the phone (which we did), so that they could explain a complex topic rather than exchange multiple emails. Their customer service is top notch. The reviewer who gave them one star may have a fair opinion that their teaching style does not align well to his personal needs / ability to understand, but in no way can anyone claim that this course is unstructured or that their customer service is unreliable.
