This company made and appointment and did not show up. When I called they said that the tech was on the way and would be there by 6:00 (the appt was 4:00). At 5:30 they said tech had an emergency and needed to come the next day. I told them I would not reschedule unless they gave me a 20%discount. The person said they would rely message and called back to confirm, admitting tech did not have emergency. The next day we had appt 10:00-12:00.At 10:00 they called to say tech would be late, at 11:00. I said it was OK and reminded of discount. Tech called and said he never had appt with me the day before and would not give discount. Then office called and said they would not give any discount. By then was almost 11:00. These people will waste your time day after day saying someone is coming when they know they are not- promise a discount they will show up and not give- after reconfirming... don't use them unless you want to waste your time! read more

This company is unprofessional and lie about their pricing. The nastiest man showed up to my house to clean my carpet but increased his price from $75 to $250 due to the Coronavirus. He said that the $75 was only for steaming which did not include disinfecting nor cleaning. On the phone I was promised a price of $69 including cleaning and steaming. This man was arrogant ! The owner, Mike was very nice in the beginning. Then, his worker accidentally broke my vent, and he yelled at him in front of me. It was his first day, I said that is unnecessary, mistakes happen, and give him a break. Next, Mike asked me out to dinner twice. When it came time to pay $700 for the air duct cleaning, dryer vent, mold removal, and air duct repair- we agreed on Zelle. The Zelle would not process- he threw an absolute fit! I apologized, it was nothing I could do, I gave him $200 cash to show good faith. He was irate and said ¨I am so angry and frustrated now! I am losing money, I have been here too long, I have other customers, and I am not making any money. So, we wrote a check for $500 and it took a long time to clear via the mobile phone. this place is a big scam. do not use them. They quote a smaller price and then once they get to your place, they say they can't do it for that price. We were quoted $79 and by the end of it we owed $268. go get rent your own steam cleaner and do it yourself before you call this company. Also not sure why they are called Certified green team. Shay is the carpet technician who came to my house. I let him know that my main concern was about the dog pee stains in the carpet. He recommended doing the ultimate clean (the basic clean is $2.00 per stair and $30.00 per room), scrolled through his phone and quoted $79.99 per room. When he started with the hallway, he called me to show that the pee stains were not coming out. I let him continue, went back to work and cooking and paid the bill. The carpet was still wet 24 hours later even though I was told that it would dry within 6 hours. But that was not the worst of it. When I called to get a breakdown of the invoice, I was shocked. The basic clean of $2.00 per stair increased to $5.00 per stair - a factor of 2.5. However, the basic clean of $30.00 per room increased to $130.00 - a factor of 4.333. How ridiculous ! The price of $79.99 was certainly more in line with a factor increase of 2.5. When I called, they gave the usual spiel of getting back to me in 24 to 48 hours, which they never did. On my 3rd call, I was told that the manager refused to talk to me because I paid the bill. Yes, I was not diligent in getting the breakdown before but that is not the point. This company does NOT honor the prices they give you on the phone. They come into your house and know you need the service so they inflate the price and argue with you to the point of bullying if you do not agree. We booked service to have our dryer vent cleaned out. He was supposed to do the outside location and inside location. He barely did one. We paid hundreds of dollars more to get the "chemical clean"....yeah, sure! The birdcage outside covering the vent opening was just left hanging there and the dryer vent hookup was not even put back together. Dryer still didn't work. This guy arrived in his personal car, too. No company car, which is very weird. Had to pay a different company to clean the vent and he filled up a huge garbage can with everything he sucked out of that vent. Obviously, nothing was done by "Certified Green Team". Total rip off. Technician got nasty and yelled at us. My husband and I are older and became afraid of this man. We just wanted him out of our house. Please stay away; this is not how service is supposed to be. I was charged 5x the quoted price, even though I had given full information to the "scheduler". Their COVID-19 "protective" gear was a face mask, which the tech pulled down within 5 minutes. I have filed multiple complaints, to various sources, and filed a negative review on their site. They now won't address any issues, which I noted on their "invoice", unless I pull my review. They have multiple phone numbers, operate out of an apartment (listing 10 current residents). No response from a manager/owner (except for the lies he posted, in response to my review). I hired this company to just clean my air ducts. I took photos before so I could see the difference when he was finished doing the job. He talked me into the "sanitizer" but I only saw him use it in one duct as I was watching through a window. He told me I couldn't be in my house while he was working do to chemical hazards. After he left, I took photos of the vents again and THEY WERE THE SAME! He did not clean the vents at all! I stopped payment on the check immediately! I really wish I would have read the google/yelp reviews for this company. I trusted the reviews on their website which are not accurate. This company does not care about client satisfaction or customer service. I hired them to clean my sectional and to remove some stains (1 dye transfer stain, 1 dirt stain). The technician said that there was nothing they could do to remove the stains, even if i purchased a more expensive package, so I just did the cleaning. Once the furniture had dried (about 4-5 hrs), I noticed it had a damp, dirty smell. It did not smell or look clean. I called the company to tell them I was not satisfied and they said someone would call me back in 24 hrs. No one called back so I called again and they said there was nothing they could do for me that they do not offer refunds. They could only sell me a more expensive package to see if that would leave my couch to my satisfaction, but they couldn't make any guarantees. I had to call my bank and do a charge back because they would not do anything to rectify the situation. If you look online you will see this company has a bad reputation.
