After a quick job, he told me not to turn the AC on for two hours. When I finally did, the unit didn't work at all. I called back immediately and was told the tech would return. Certified Green Team contracts out their jobs to independent cleaners. A fact they do not mention when you are scheduling an appointment. We used them to clean a love seat and two accent chairs. They sent David to clean and when he was done I told him that I see a difference in certain parts of one of the chairs and he said it was wet that it needed to dry. Once the chair dried I still noticed stains and tried to call the company to ask if they could have someone stop by to touch up the chair. David called to schedule to return. He has scheduled to return to our home on 4 different occasions. Two of those he cancelled and two he was a no call, no show. We have tried contacting the company on at lease 5 separate occasions to speak to a manger. Every time we were told a manager is not available and someone would return our call. No one ever does. From the beginning, the experience was riddled with misleading pricing, substandard workmanship, and absolutely unacceptable customer service. I was quoted one thing and then upcharged. The technician's work left my mattress in poor condition, far below industry standards. When I raised valid concerns, the company's email response was rude, hostile, and completely unprofessional -- not something any customer should experience, especially after paying that much. I have since filed formal complaints with both the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services (FDACS) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I had a cigarette smell in my rental condo. I paid the $340, with tip. They did a "sanitary service ", which was supposed to eradicate the smell. It didn't work. A young man, probably in his 20s, showed up and seemed to be in a hurry. As soon as he saw my couch, he commented that it was "really dirty," which it wasn't. I just wanted it cleaned since it had belonged to my friend for a little over a year. The advertised price was $79.99, which I assumed was for a deep clean. However, he told me that price only covered a basic steam clean--something they failed to mention over the phone. Within 10 minutes, I was upsold a "deep cleaning" for $300 for a small L-shaped sectional and a single chair. He finished the entire job in just 15-20 minutes. I was in a meeting and didn't get a chance to inspect the work right away--my mistake. After he left, I flipped the cushions and noticed they hadn't been cleaned at all, nor had the back of the couch. I wanted the cleaning because I have cats and wanted something more professional than the cleaning I do at home. I requested a complimentary quote sine they were advertising it and a $114.00 vent cleaning if you had just one air conditioning unit. When the tech got here, he was driving an unmarked minivan and claimed he ran out of business cards. He said he found mold on the inside of the air handler door. He wanted to charge $600 to get rid of the mold within 30 minutes with no vent cleaning necessary. I politely declined and said I needed a quote, which I'm still waiting for. Not necessarily a negative review but one of extreme caution. Mike is extremely unprofessional and lives to argue with the client because he knows best. I had this company come out to clean my Grandfather's (recently passed) upholstery chair. They not only did a TERRIBLE job, they never flipped the seat cushion over! I also had them clean my family room area rug. I saw in a previous reply about how their area rug was "measured" and couldn't stop laughing, because Mike did the same thing! He counted the steps he took, then gave me an outrageous price to clean it. Because they were already here, I decided to try and help these guys out and not go with a traditional "big box" company...WOW was I wrong! The inside area rug looks OK (it was not bad to begin with), but was not worth the insane price. Not to mention, they refused to move anything at all. Total "cleaning" time of the area rug was no more than 10 minutes. I called and texted Mike 10-15 minutes after they left to please come back and finish the chair, but he ignored me for 2 days until I called the main office to complain. Then I got a prompt phone call back from Mike yelling at me that I was too impatient and that I was wrong for calling into the main line to please have someone come out and finish my chair! The guys seemed sympathetic. They requested me to pay through Zelle, and I proceeded to make this a smooth process to the best of my ability. However, when the individuals finish with the work, I take the time to review their work, and that's what I found an incomplete job paid as a deep cleaning. The individuals sprayed the tubes with the sanitizer and then brushed again, which created a paste they could not clean on a second attempt. When leaving, they told me they did not know how to handle the issue because they were very new in the business and that a manager would have communication with me. It's been a week, and I called their offices once a day for the last week, and I just received promises of future calls and communications with managers who never call. Neither refund was attempted after the lack of experience worsened the original situation. I will help other customers and report to the proper entities that regulate the industry.
