The young counter girl immediately answered me with a price of $300.00 for a new glass cover and labor. This repair price quote is what I am paying for insurance over three years and then I still would still need to pay the deductible of $250.00, then get a new "refurbished" phone anyways through Assurian. Still not sure which is the better route. The store is super organized and clean with good customer service. Offers a good variety of phone covers, keyboards, chargers and premium ipad cases.

The technician asked for the error code from the copier and gave me a quote on the phone, saying that if he could not fix it by a simple reset, then I would need to change the fuser completely. He then offered his honest professional opinion that, given the age of the machine, he did not advise me to spend more time and money trying to fix it. He then showed up twenty minutes later and did his magic! I now have a temporary printer/copier in service while waiting for my new machine to arrive. And no, I did not buy his machine but took his advice shopping for a brand new faster printer/copier/fax.
