I learned that they do a large amount of work for large businesses especially those associated in retail that I know of. I felt comfortable giving them my business. Also, I should note the printing lab and sales area are very professional and extremely well-kept. When I received the acrylic print, I could not believe how great the quality was. It was better quality than what I had received back in NYC from the lab I used. They even called during the process because of the quality of photograph I had provided. They wanted to make sure EVERYTHING was the way I wanted it. All of the sales and staff were very friendly and professional. I even saw a car wrapped in vinyl signage. I come here more often than I'd like to admit but they always come in clutch for all my printing needs! I want to give a shout out to the staff because everyone that I've interacted with here is exceptional, but I have to give a specific shout out to Brandon! He always helps me out when I need things printed a certain way or even for my last minute prints. This location is a bit smaller than other locations but has everything you would need. From self service printing/copying/faxing to the work stations, you can get what you need here!

Well, there was a 10 day commitment date to have them delivered to me. I literally cannot get through on the phone to Fedex, the main number. They never connect me to a human. So, I stopped by here to get some answers. The line moved very slow. The woman who helped me was not so helpful. She told me she had no information. I ended up going to someone else because I knew that wasn't true. Why do some employees not want to be helpful? I ended up getting a tracking sheet from a nice and helpful gentleman working there. Overall, I will go to a different Fedex location should I need help in the future.
