I was skeptical at first, especially since the commercial company I hired for my previous home did such an excellent job (they do not service my area). Ray has been our exterminator for over a year now and has helped us in two separate homes. He is professional, on time, takes the time to do a thorough job (he goes all over your home, inside and outside perimeter and even behind all of your appliances) and he is courteous by ensuring that he wears a mask and has the shoe booties on while walking around in your home (very important for us since we have a little one at home). I had German roaches in my kitchen and they were starting to spread to other area of the house. About a week after I called, I no longer saw any roaches, and if I did see any they were dead. Ray is ok. He is a little pompous but friendly enough. The big issue is he has not been able to fully resolve our pest issue. Overall it was ok service. The roaches would appear semi regularly. Nothing crazy for Florida. However, our most recent interaction with him does deserve mentioning. It has been about 2 months since our most recent service. We have had many live cockroaches over the past few weeks. I'm not sure what's going on as I'm not a bug expert. When my wife reached out to him, he simply said that it was normal and eventually the bugs would die. He says he uses superior products. I get that but maybe something needs to be addressed.
