I was skeptical at first, especially since the commercial company I hired for my previous home did such an excellent job (they do not service my area). However, the yelp reviews are what prompted me to give him a try. During our first appointment, he was honest. He made no claims of eliminating bugs (I have a septic system) but assured me when I saw them, they would be dead. He is a man of his word; every roach I saw was either dead or dying. Ray serviced my home mid-October and to date, the only bugs I have seen have been dead bugs (and there have been VERY few of those). Ray has been our exterminator for over a year now and has helped us in two separate homes. He is professional, on time, takes the time to do a thorough job (he goes all over your home, inside and outside perimeter and even behind all of your appliances) and he is courteous by ensuring that he wears a mask and has the shoe booties on while walking around in your home (very important for us since we have a little one at home). Ray was super responsive, friendly, and made sure all of our questions were answered - when you first speak to him, he will follow up with a detailed text message that has pricing, FAQ, and what to expect during and after his service. He was professional, clean, respectful of our home (when he came in the front door he put shoe covers on as to not track any mud or dirt through the house), and cares about making sure he's done a thorough job. Ray stands by his service. The first time we called him, we had just moved into our house and wanted to preemptively spray before we moved all the larger items in. We had not seen any bugs for approximately 8-9 months after the first service (Ray recommends services every 6 months so we were happy to be able to go longer without another call to him!) The second time, we had a larger infestation of everyday household bugs. He was able to find all the little nooks and crannies where the bugs kept their nest. I had German roaches in my kitchen and they were starting to spread to other area of the house. About a week after I called, I no longer saw any roaches, and if I did see any they were dead. Ray went through the house and made sure to get every spot and crevice he could find (even behind my oven and refrigerator). Ray is ok. He is a little pompous but friendly enough. The big issue is he has not been able to fully resolve our pest issue. Overall it was ok service. The roaches would appear semi regularly. Nothing crazy for Florida. However, our most recent interaction with him does deserve mentioning. It has been about 2 months since our most recent service. We have had many live cockroaches over the past few weeks. I'm not sure what's going on as I'm not a bug expert. When my wife reached out to him, he simply said that it was normal and eventually the bugs would die. He says he uses superior products. I get that but maybe something needs to be addressed. The brush off was unnecessary. Take what you get here. I wish he would take our concerns more seriously. read more

We called Excellent Results in 2015 after being with Terminix and unhappy with their service for a long time (more like lack thereof). Ray was professional, friendly, and did a great job. We didn't have any further bug issues for 3 years when we started seeing ants and the occasional spider this summer. Called Ray and he immediately knew who I was and recalled where I lived. He fit me in the very next day and again did a very thorough job. He is super meticulous and even wears shoe coverings as he walks through your house.
