I came on Saturday afternoon and it was so busy. I didn't realize how packed a car wash can get. It was a little confusing with being my first time and I had entered from the side, but one of the employees pointed to where I needed to go. After pulling into the service line I was helped shortly. The employee asked some questions to determine what type of service I needed and then recommended the Special #1. I was then directed to go inside to pay and to wait at the waiting area. They post coupons on their website so I was able to save $5 with the coupon. It took about an hour from start to finish. After I had left, I noticed there were some lint and fabric pieces on the windshield as well as on the passenger seat. This seemed to be from the towels they used. The bottom of my dash monitor also had about an inch thick streak. It seemed that part got missed while wiping. I also noticed my trunk cover was not put back correctly so while I was driving I kept on hearing a thumping noise. Upon closer inspection I saw some damage to the cover. Looks like there was supposed to be a plastic covering that is no longer there. I looked around the trunk to see if I could find it but it might have been vacuumed up already. These things were not noticeable right away. Although my car is a lot cleaner, I am not sure if I will return.

Sometimes we get busy in life and I really hate not cleaning my car right after tons of rain. So far, I've already had two cleanings. The first one was with Juan Carlos (and another helper) for a clean and buff, and my second cleaning was with Victor. Both encounters were super professional, took care of my car, and did a great job on detailing. Also, all of my appointments were last minute but they're very responsive. The value for a regular car wash or both buff and clean is very reasonably priced. I don't ever take my car to the car wash and hand wash my car myself but when I'm busy throughout the week with work I give these guys a call. Most importantly, I don't have buffing skills so I'll end up requesting a monthly buff and wash from these guys. Overall, after two car washes, my car has no damages from getting services, the car always looks fresh and brand new, and Juan Carlos and his crew are reliable.

I purchased a set of power steps for my 2-door Jeep through Pro-Sports and had them installed…read morethere. Joey set it up and took care of the installation when they arrived. He even went so far as to give me a ride home when i dropped my Jeep off for the install. The installation was perfect, but the steps had a defective module. Ultimately, the manufacturer sent me a replacement module and electronic harness for the setup, and I went back to Pro-Sports to have the switch made. Joey and crew knocked out the reinstallation in less than two hours, and so far so good. In any event, Joey suggested I reach out to the manufacturer to see if I could get reimbursed for the cost of the reinstallation, and the company actually sent me a check for the full amount. Pro-Sports, as personified by Joey, was friendly and patient as we worked through the issue with the steps, including trying a number of "fixes" suggested by the manufacturer before we realized it was the module. I appreciate all they did.
