Jakes was there within 30 min and the car was gone. tow truck driver went above and beyond to hook it up. went the next morning to Avondale to get it and called AAA to have someone come replace the tire with the spare. because it was in a puddle the AAA (United) driver wasn't happy and was being stubborn and Jakes team was nice enough to get it to the parking lot in front of the building. for some reason, the AAA driver yelled something out of his vehicle door and took off from Jakes without changing the tire, and without telling me what was going on. Jakes team changed the tire for me. they didn't have to do that. so I asked if they had a part that my sister needed for her car and I bought it and was on my way. Jarell came out to help me with some battery trouble when I couldn't start my car after dropping my dog off at the vet. He got to me super quick, like 10 minutes. We got the truck jump started, but I needed a new battery. I also had to be at work, so I did not have time to go get one and install it. MY SAVIOR, Jarell, was able to handle all that.
