Quite a few specialty tools available for rent (I would never have gotten that belt tight enough without their tensioner). The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Store is well lit and clean. I even acquired Christmas presents here the year when everyone's stocking received a car emergency window hammer with seat belt cutter (one of those gizmos that if after an accident, you can't open a car door or escape from your seat belt, the tool will save the day and probably your life).

I should have asked for his name but he was a tall African American gentleman who walked around the store helping me find a battery operated lamp/light after Hurricane Zeta hit us. I was checking out with my windshield wiper fluid and offhandedly asked if they had any battery operated lamps. After processing my purchase he walked around the store and showed me all the battery operated lamps/lights that they had. I truly appreciated his help bc I was on a quest to find the perfect lamp! Today 4-20 approximately 135pm, on Causeway Blvd, Metairie, LA. a small NAPA-labeled pickup was running a road race (or a facsimile thereof) southbound - high speed, swerving in and out, cut me off such that I had to brake hard, very annoying not to mention dangerous. A few minutes later at a light I dialed the Shrewsbury Store, asked for the manager, and was put on hold (after 9 rings) with one word "hold" for 27 minutes, no intermediate apology. I finally hung up and called back, another 6 rings, and got the same treatment - I hung up. I could not find an alternate number, nor could I find a contact email address, so here I am.
