Then they sent me a text saying they would be there in 21 mins. After an hour I called and the woman who answered the call said it would be at least 30 mins minimum. It is interesting to note that either the company or progressive links you a tracking site. On that site the tow truck NEVER moved from their Kenner office. What a joke. After two hours I called THREE BROTHERS QUICK TOWING AND THEY QUOTED 10-15 mins and they arrived 10 mins later! I cancelled the 504 towing service immediately Progressive if you pay these guys a fee you are being screwed!
