I pulled in here literally because it was the closest parts store to me at that time. I bought my wipers and a very polite young man named Austin bundled up and came out to put them on for me. When they didn't fit, even though they were supposed to, Austin found a much better quality pair that did fit and price matched them to the ones I had purchased and then he put those on as well. He went out of his way and was pleasant and never complained and my windshield wipers work great! The only downside is now that I have had these, I'm going to have to replace them with the mitre expensive wipers from here on out. :)

On the…read moreway home from the dealership, we noticed air or noise on the driver side door seal and a few days later after that, the driver window would not go up. Also, noticed that the truck was wondering around on the road a little. When the salesperson did a follow up call with me, I told him about these issues. So, we set up an appointment for me to return it to get fixed. In the meantime, I received a customer satisfaction call from Ford Motor Company, 10 days after my purchase with about 250 to 300 miles on the truck. I told them my issues and that I was not happy with these issues, and that I would be taking the truck back to the dealer to get these issues fixed. So, I took it back to the dealership, with 588 miles on it. When I arrived to drop off my truck, there were several service writers sitting looking down, like please don't pick me. Finally, I walked up to one and asked if he would help me. I told him my issues, and he asked me if I had a ride because it was going to be a couple of days. Two days later I contacted them, and he said it was going to be another day. The next day, I got a text saying my truck was ready. At this time, I went to pick it up and they told me that I have a $175 bill to fix the alignment. I responded that I am not paying anything and told them this was the way it was when I drove it off the lot with 50 miles on it. So, after arguing with the service manager about the cost, I asked to speak to the general manager. "I was really tired of this whole issue at this point, and the general manager went down the same rabbit hole. Unfortunately, the wind noise is not fixed and now it will need to be returned to a different dealership. I have purchased several new vehicles in my lifetime and never had an issue with warranty issues being fixed. Also, the service department left muddy footprints in my new truck. I attached a picture and it is # 18 at the top, red truck with black floormats. Furthermore, this is the WORST experience every with a service department, after purchasing a new vehicle. You may want to think twice about this dealership. It seems like they want to squeeze every penny out of you and argue about warranty work as well as trash your vehicle. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE STAR RATING!!! I plan on contacting Ford Corporate directly to get my issues resolved.

I had the same problem at the Mooresville Indiana location last Sunday, only not as bad. Big O Tires did a test a few weeks ago and it showed my battery was working at 75% and has a bad cell. Multiple tests though there and at two Autozones have since passed. The lady at this location with shaved hair has no customer service ability. I didn't get her name. I told her that Big O wanted to see if Autozone would honor its warranty (bought 1/15/2025) so we can see if my car isn't starting because of a bad cell. I asked if she would call them about this and she dismissed me saying, "They can call me." as if she was too busy to deal with me. There was one other customer in the store at the time and she had another employee there. In no way was I treated like a customer with a problem that needed fixed. Sympathy for the situation was replaced with an "get out of the store attitude." Basically, I'm being told that I was foolish to buy a battery at Autozone and I'm gambling on their tester finding a problem with their battery to get them to honor their own warranty. This experience is telling me that that warranty isn't worth the paper it is written on. My next $200 battery purchase will not be at Autozone. My next purchases of anything will not be at Autozone since having customers is inconvenient to them.

My poor little California girl has put up with 2 winters here in the Midwest but I think she finally has had enough of me not paying attention to her needs. How was I suppose to know that you are suppose to replace your battery every 5 years? Well, Stella certainly let me know that it was time last night. We got stranded in Avon and thankfully the nice people at Autozone (with the help of my friends Yas and Juliet--she works at this Autozone) were able to get little Stella up and running again. Thank you guys educating me on proper Stella care and maintenance. :P Stella loves you guys.

My daughter was in town, and she was using my car. She had an issue with my car not starting after…read moreher first errand so she stopped at AutoZone and they said my car needed a new battery. The current battery in the vehicle at the time was about 15 months old. So without checking with me, bc I was at work, my daughter purchased a new battery from AutoZone they do not install the battery OK, but they would not even carry the battery out to the car for her to go get it installed somewhere. We pay another battery place to install the new battery. A couple of days later, I take the old core battery back to AutoZone and once again no one is there to carry the battery in the store. But the biggest problem was once I carried the battery into the store. They would not put it in the recycle pile because I did not have the credit card originally used to purchase said battery. That credit card was used by my visiting from out of town, which was her credit card. So after 20 minutes, I just left the battery on the counter and told them to have lunch with the recycle money because I wasn't carrying that battery out to my car again. Two days after I go to get in my car and it won't start. I get a jump. It starts. Every 3 to 5 days my car does this. I take it to the battery place. They tell me the positive post on the battery that we just bought is bad. I go back to AutoZone to get a replacement, they will not give me a replacement battery because I do not have the original credit card that was used to purchase this defective battery. Explaining once again my daughter from out of town was using my car and used her credit card to purchase an unneeded defective battery from AutoZone. AutoZone sold us a defective battery, but they will not return or exchange it because the credit card used to purchase it is now in another state where the card holder legally resides in. Make that make sense. We're out a couple of hundred dollars EVEN THOUGH you have your customers create a profile on your website with their phone number that contains our purchase history. Please explain how our documented purchase history on YOUR webpage gets overridden by the fact, we don't have the same credit card that was used to purchase the item? +3 men working in a store like to make women carry dirty, heavy batteries to and from their car. This is worse than any convenience store customer service I'm encountered. Y'all in there hustling like you still in prison. Stay away from AutoZone unless you are getting a lightbulb or a sprite and paying cash.
