I have lived in my Flagstaff, AZ townhouse for more than twenty years and never has there been this much snow piled up in front of my driveway. This wasn't just a few inches pushed to the side. This was a wall of snow two feet high and three feet wide, blocking all of the driveways on my side of the street. While on the other side of the street there was no problem at all. So, obviously, the contractor just didn't bother to put in even the bare minimum of effort. And when I contacted the property manager about it, she just made excuses, saying "There is always a berm". And yet there was no berm on the other side of the street. Obviously, there would had been no berm if AZ Irrigation & Maintenance did what they were paid to do, and removed the snow instead of just pushing it to the side.

On 4/25 we had snow and rain a couple times after that. I was not paying attention to my watering system. After two weeks I started to think it was not working. What I learned is they warrant their work for three days. After that, you pay another service charge. I paid $145 the first time and $125 the second. I also have had at least three different times that I was told someone would call me back and they did not. Feels like a company this size would stand behind their work for more than three days. Unless you can monitor their work immediately and carefully, do not use this company.

Court finds defendants testimony doubtful and finds the purported signature highly dubious at best and at worst a forgery. Statement in court from Mario Casillas was he knew that was my signature on the phony refund statement because it matches exactly my signature on my drivers license. I did not know were he copied my signature but he has access to my drivers license from the Cottonwood AZ . He has been in trouble in the past with his business and is known in the Verde Valley Court system . Rating is MINUS 0.

I accepted it and the work began the next week. I found Mario's workers to be friendly, professional and always open to my suggestions and changes as the project proceeded. I called the competitor with the fancy website that makes them look like they have a team of plumbers. There was only one guy and his 24 hour emergency suggestion was for me to wait three hours until he could get there. Yeah, right. Next, I called Northland. They asked me if I knew where the main was, and while I did, there was a slimy looking critter curled up around the handle and I wasn't about ready to put my hand near it. The plumber suggested that the water company would come out and turn it off until he could get there. Thank you! I hadn't thought of that. The plumber arrived on time. He was courteous and especially careful not to track red dust into my home. He said the spigot was old. But instead of knocking a hole in my brick wall to put in a new one, he simply replaced the parts, at a very fair price. Loved this plumber. Won't be calling anyone else.

Just before Christmas I spoke with Jerry, whom remembered the homes previous owner and they system he serviced, to get the water filters for the home replaced as they are way overdue. He said he would get the availability on the filters and call me back to schedule. I replied no problem, please just order all 4 of them and let me know when you can get to it. I called back Late January and left a message. No response I spoke with Jerry Monday 4-14, asked about getting the filter replaced, they are making noise and could possible have another issue. Jerry told me he would look up the parts availability and call me back in the afternoon. No call back Monday or Tuesday. I called and spoke to Jerry this morning (Wednesday) and he says he can be there with the filters in 1.5 hours. This was 10:30 am. I told him the name of the contact person at the house and he said no problem. Now it is 4pm and still haven't heard from anyone and no one arrived at the home. I have no idea if they do good service or bad, but if it is this hard just to get a call back or a service appointment that someone actually shows up to, I will just find someone else. It would have been nice to use the people that evidently installed and serviced the original system, but Im confident a new company will figure it out.
