Statement in court from Mario Casillas was he knew that was my signature on the phony refund statement because it matches exactly my signature on my drivers license. I did not know were he copied my signature but he has access to my drivers license from the Cottonwood AZ . He has been in trouble in the past with his business and is known in the Verde Valley Court system . Rating is MINUS 0.
