I attempted to contact their customer service via phone because I finally found the Florida resident offer on the site and it was down to $165 which is a chunk of savings. Wellll they never answered waited 20mins on the phone never answered and I attempted to email them, never got a reply, The $165 tickets ended up selling so I missed that window. When I got to the park and spoke to an agent at the booth wasn't really helpful. She stated the tickets were now $175 each so technically I already got my discount because my tickets were cheaper... which really, no I didn't had someone answered the phone... anyways whatever the money was spent already. We head upstairs, I purchased a Mickey pretzel and a lemonade. It was decent. Once you get inside everyone is getting to their seat, there wasn't that many people on staff to help you to your seat so everyone is kind of running around like a chicken with no head. what I didn't like about this event is that even after the show started I'm talking 45-50 mins into the show people are still arriving trying to sit down.. it was distracting.. Don't be fooled by the seats btw and thinking sitting at the front is the best view, the auditorium is small enough that all the seats have a great view. So honestly whatever tickets you buy they are just as great as the front front seats. The show itself was great, lots of action and talented cast members, the story was also heartwarming and interesting. It did drag a little I will say. They showed a lot of Disney characters overall so nice to see old characters like Bambi . It also had some funny moments. The cast members can tell when people were falling asleep or losing interest lol I would say for a kid this could get boring... until the acts start doing flips and tricks again.. Oh yeah, the seats were low key HARD and uncomfortable lol! 90mins no intermission was a little rough. Overall cute and good for a date night or with the family in town. I wouldn't go again though.

The AntiGravity Orlando is being housed in the old Movie Rider building off of 1-92. The facade of the building is dark and when we walked up, we weren't even sure they were actually open. There was no clear box office or person manning the booth and although we were welcomed by a gentleman, I wasn't sure if he were associated with the theatre or just an inebriated patron. There is a cash bar area over to the left of the theatre serving beer, wine and a few cocktails. Also available are 4 types of hot hors d'oeuvres for around the $4. mark each. I found out that the bar and food is catered by Houlihan's. The smell of the hors d'oeuvres was really cloying as the evening progressed and by mid show I was wishing for the smell to disappear. The show's acts of "anti-gravity" are woven together with a schmaltzy story and narrator. I do not blame the actor, but the script itself made the boyfriend and I roll our eyes and wish for the mic system to fail. It was a "clean" show, however several comments were made to audience members that were out of line. The theatre itself is too small to house the performers and to really see what they were doing I had to crane my neck. There is really no good seat in the house. The surroundings feel grimy, mirrors are cracked and low lighting just adds to the derelict feel. Although I can tell what the designer was aiming for, it just feels poorly executed. Full priced tickets are right at the $40 dollar mark for adults and $25 for children. Thankfully, we were invited to see the show free of charge, as to have been out of pocket for $80 bucks would have been upsetting. If you've never seen aerial acrobatics anywhere else, and you will never be able to see one of the other large and well known troupes, then by all means see this show. Just be prepared for a slightly grungier experience than you were expecting, and I wouldn't buy tickets for too far in the future.

My…read moreaunt traveled from Ohio and was especially excited because she had been to Al Capone's several times over the years and had wonderful memories of it. Unfortunately, what we experienced was nothing like what she remembered. Our reservation showed a 7:00 PM start, so we arrived at 6:30 as requested. From the beginning, everything was disorganized. We weren't told where the entrance was and ended up at the back of the line. Once inside, we waited in another line for drinks. Then there was no clear direction for seating. An employee eventually took our party of five to a four-top before another server said it wouldn't work and moved us. Once seated, someone asked what salad dressing we wanted even though we hadn't received menus. I finally had to ask, "Do we get menus?" The menu listed Italian wedding soup, which I ordered. I was told they might have run out after serving VIP guests, but then I was simply brought minestrone. When I questioned it, the server acted like I was mistaken and said the wedding soup must have been on their "winter menu." He picked up the menu to check and discovered it DID list Italian wedding soup. This was September 6 in Florida. If you're out of something, just tell the customer instead of making them feel like they read the menu incorrectly. The appetizer arrived quickly but was cold. Then came dinner. I cannot emphasize this enough: this was honestly the worst food I have ever eaten in my life. That is the God's honest truth. I've had meals I didn't like, but I cannot remember ever having an entire meal this unpleasant. Nearly everything with sauce was overwhelmingly spicy. It wasn't one dish. The food as a whole was terrible. When you're paying for a "dinner show," DINNER is a major part of what you're paying for. By the time dinner arrived, our drinks were empty. No one offered refills. No water and no additional napkins. I eventually GOT UP MYSELF, asked for a pitcher of water, brought it back and refilled everyone's water. I also had to get our own napkins. This wasn't just our table. Tables throughout the room had stacks of dirty dishes while dessert was being served. Guests had empty drinks and dirty plates everywhere. It was chaotic. We were told they expected around 60 guests but received 129 reservations. I understand being short staffed, but if you cannot properly serve 129 people, don't accept 129 reservations. Cap the reservations. Being short staffed explains slower service. It doesn't excuse this level of disorganization. When the server told us we could move to the stadium seating for the show, I explained that I had to get our own water and napkins because nobody was taking care of us. He asked how everything else was. We told him honestly that it wasn't good and we wouldn't be back. After explaining the problems with the food and service, his response was: "If the food was so bad, then why are you taking it home?" Yes, we asked for to-go boxes because we had paid for the food. We ultimately threw it away. His response came across as rude and defensive. An offer to get a manager would have been much more appropriate. He encouraged us to stay because the show was better, but we were done. We purchased tickets for a DINNER SHOW. Instead, we endured a terrible dinner and terrible service and were then supposed to hope the show made up for it. We left approximately 1 1/2 hours early. This was supposed to be an engagement celebration. My aunt came from Ohio excited to share a place she had loved with us. Instead, all five of us left disappointed. Even the souvenir photo added to the frustration. We waited about 15 minutes to see it, and my eyes were closed. After everything else, I asked if they could at least give us the newspaper-style photo without the additional $20 charge. We had already spent approximately $149 and were leaving 1 1/2 hours early. I was simply told no. There wasn't even an offer to ask a manager. What bothered me almost as much as the food was the complete lack of concern or effort to make anything right. I understand staffing problems, bad nights and running out of menu items. Any ONE of these things could have been overlooked. But this wasn't one thing. The entire experience was disorganized from arrival to departure: confusing entrance and seating, no menus until we asked, cold appetizer, unavailable menu items, the worst food I have personally ever eaten, empty drinks, no refills, no napkins, getting our own water, dirty dishes everywhere, a defensive response when we complained, no manager and leaving 1 1/2 hours early. My aunt had wonderful memories of Al Capone's, which is why we chose it. Sadly, none of us have any desire to return. We expected a fun dinner show and memorable engagement celebration. It was definitely memorable, but unfortunately for all the wrong reasons.

It started with a Caesar salad, followed with chicken accompanied by veg and mashed potatoes, and finishing with a brownie. The chicken straight up fell off of the bone. I was also served like half of a whole chicken (I had to take some home because I was so full). It was cooked way better than I thought it would be. You can purchase appetizers after you get you salad for an extra cost. The drinks are good but can be expensive. If you're looking for a less expensive alcohol option, definitely ask about using their house liquor. I had to ask them 3 times for them to actually tell me it was like a $9 difference between getting it with their house vs premium liquor. I will say that anything you get from the bar or as an appetizer that cost extra already includes 15% gratuity. Nobody will tell you it does, but it will be written on the appetizer menu in a very light colored font. What I think is a little BS is that although gratuity is included for those, it isn't included for the server who is serving you the whole night. Service was good for the most part, although there were a few moments when it was difficult to get our server's attention. We went on a Saturday and were actually surprised that the place wasn't fuller, but that made for a more relaxed experience. It was so popular, they extended it from the original show dates. The show starts around the time you get in. There's various breaks where you can go visit the evil characters (or their sets) and take pictures.
