We needed our floors replaced in our townhouse and didn't know who to choose. After looking around at flooring places in our area (Ocean Township) we checked out Fox Floors and boy are we glad we did! I love wall-to-wall carpet (every place I've ever lived had it) but my wife wanted hard flooring. Marshall is THE MAN! He is such a super salesman! So laid back (so caring and not pushy in the slightest) and explained everything so nicely to us and let us take home samples because it's really hard to imagine what each thing is going to look like just by looking at it at the store. He said that most people get hard flooring nowadays so we decided on getting new wall-to-wall carpeting upstairs for the bedrooms, hallway and stairway (to satisfy me) and we should get hard flooring to replace the carpet and tile downstairs in the living room, dining room, foyer and hallway (to satisfy my wife). Marshall was so great with our schedule of doing it. The guys that did it were great! So fast and precise! And it wasn't easy. I had many staples coming through my Armstrong vinyl flooring right after installation and the molding around my island was pieced together. He did send repair men. Afer that, more staples coming through tile. sent a repair man. He was supposed to call back because floor transition cracked. Promised he would order another one. After this call, more staples coming up through vinyl and we can't find the matching transition. Never got back to us. No more did he respond to our phone calls. This was a costly floor. I am so unhappy with their work and I advise everyone to beware.
