Unfortunately, the installer left my home in a shocking state. I was in a meeting when they finished, so I only gave a quick glance and thought everything looked fine. Later, when I inspected more closely, I was stunned by the mess left behind. It was unacceptable and very disappointing to have to clean up after a professional installation. We ordered oak select flooring and they delivered oak flooring which was not select. (Big difference if you know about flooring.) They had an inspector come to the house and inspect our flooring and then would not release the report for months. Why? Because the inspector agreed with us that the flooring was not select quality. We also ordered laminate flooring with a special padding ("the only padding we would ever use on laminate flooring," according to their salesman) and then they delayed the order for weeks because they said they were waiting for the padding. When they finally delivered the laminate flooring, it came with an inferior thin padding that was not all like what we had ordered.
