I can't speak enough about how amazing this ceviche is. I've been to many places and the way the ceviche is prepared here was in such a simple yet thoughtful way. They let the seafood speak for itself and yet highlighted such delicious and complex flavors within each dish. I couldn't believe that all this came by a food truck that is in the parking lot of a Pep Boys. They had several tables and chairs and a couple fans to keep the air flowing under the tent. When you walk up, they greet you with a smile and hand you a menu. It's a super simple menu, the one side has all drinks/beverages and the other side has the ceviche and other entrees. They have descriptions under each dish and the chef was able to explain in more detail if you had any questions. I ordered the Mix Ají Alleno and the chicha morada and they told me to sit and I would pay when I left. I sat for maybe less than ten minutes and they brought out my ceviche and drink quickly. So the food was good but as described. The lomo does not come with jasmine rice as advertised. Also they kept the postmate driver waiting for an hour and to add insult to injury they told the driver that I called to change the order for allergies. They had a bunch of orders and kept mine waiting for a while. Thus, I won't eat there again but that is just me, even though the food was not bad. No, I did not order the rice separately, it was the lomo saltiado and because I cook often I know what jasmine rice smells like.
