Horrible all around. I had one APN change my appointment time without notice then they tried to charge me for a missed appointment. I had a receptionist tell me the wrong day for an appointment and there was no way to contact anyone after hours who could help. The after hours number I called told me I had the wrong number and had no clue what I was talking about. Did they pay me for my lost time? lol of course not, they don't care about their patients time. Every appointment starts late and with zero notification so you sit there wondering if there was another "mistake." Billing is horrible. They call you and say you owe money when the portal shows nothing is owed. Then after being caught up the portal stopped charging me until a -$75 balance was posted only to find out that was another mistake and I actually owed $105. Complete incompetency, find another provider. read more

My therapist is wonderful, I have been talking to her since 2016; 8 years. Liz Capone is very professional and kind. You are able to use telephone counseling instead of going in person. Medicare insurance covers this company's treatment. It is easy to make and change appointments. Appointments run 100% on time; never late. Highly recommend. read more

Although we have had success with the therapists at CFG, the Billing System is horrendous. Additionally, if you have any questions about pretty much anything, good luck! Nobody on the staff returns phone calls or emails from anywhere within this practice, even after many, many attempts. If you can handle these constant struggles with personnel and customer service, then you will have success with the therapists. However, if you are customer who is service-oriented, you should definitely stay as far away from CFG as possible! read more

Criminally negligent. I almost lost everything, including my child. I was unemployed. The Marlton office lost paperwork I needed for a job interview. It was confirming I could work with my years-long medication. My friend sent me the recruiter, and the recruited informed me I didn't send the paperwork in three weeks. I informed the recep, and she still didn't send it. They missed the deadline twice. The DoL needed different but similar paperwork. I almost lost state benefits. Same thing. They lost the paperwork. I was expecting to be homeless. I needed a psych eval for visitation for my child. The judge told me it was standard, the law required because of my diagnosis, just ask my psychiatrist to write one up. Easy. The office told me they were looking to see if they could do it. I spent 2 1/2 months talking to providers across all of S NJ, and they all said the same thing. Your psych can do that. We can, but our intake is 6+ months out. Or we can't take new patients. CFG still doesn't know if they can do a psych eval. I was on the verge of breaking down and another office made room for me. I'm with them now. Just today I got a raise and no long make minimum wage. I'm seeing my child regularly. I'm writing this I vacillate between tears and things I cannot write online. I still owe CFG $500. I'm making payments per our agreement. I'm going to update this review when their system goes into collections anyway. And you can tell by how one specific recep talks to clients when she makes mistakes. read more

I completed a very detailed Online Intake Form and 1 1/2 weeks passed and I heard nothing. I am 71 years old. This is a perfect example of how we constantly hear on the news of how people reach out for menal health services, but no one helps. This company was included in a list that was provided by my Primary Care Physician's Office, so this was a legitimate referral. It is absolutely disgraceful that my Intake Form was not acknowledged. read more

My son seeks therapy at the Marlton office and sees the psychiatrist out of the Westampton office. Danielle, his therapist, and Dr Miles are great! Marlton office staff is great. Westampton office staff has dropped the ball some with our paperwork but other than that we are very happy!! read more

They used to be good, at one time. Now they just care about the dollar, and over book their patients. Not to mention they replaced their doctors with registered nurses. Medication management is very poor, and that's being kind. You are lucky to get a refill on time, as some registered nurses don't pay attention to the portal. Would not recommend them. read more

Center for family guidance of Marlton, NJ. THEY called me to secudule an appointment. After awhile they asked for $10 copay. I said ok I will pay it before I see the therapist. They wouldn't setup an appointment. I tried to explain I didn't have access to any money at that point. At this point my mental state was starting to be a challenge. The operator then hung up on me. DO NOT GO! The people at the front desk are useless and do not care about your well being. I got put on hold while on my way to an appointment because I thought i was going to be late. I stayed on hold until I went into the building to see the people at the front desk laughing and chatting. They also will bill you for no shows at appointments you never made. I have dealt with these people for years and they have not changed. It isn't the doctors it is the receptionists. I have changed doctors offices after it became too much. read more

I started coming here because they accepted medicare.It was fine for a few years. Then my doctor left and they couldnt meet the needs of her remaining patients. I changed psychiatrists. But now I have to leave my therapist due to my own short comings in tech. I have tried to meet their needs more than they have met mine. I began using this practice in January of 2019. The office is clean and reception was nice. Emphasis on was. I had an appointment in the middle of February, that I canceled 1 week prior. I had gotten multiple letters in the mail for a $120 "no show" fee. All for an appointment that I had indeed canceled, as I had work. I had constantly called about this fee and tried to resolve it. I was told multiple times by the receptionists that they would get back to me, or they would transfer me to someone who could help. I would leave messages with detailed information, and was never called back or contacted. Fast forward to February of 2020, I had received yet ANOTHER notice, and finally was put into contact with someone who could help me. I had spoken to whoever was in charge at the Deptford office, where she told me that they would be waiving this fee and dropping it as it had been so long. I thought all of this was resolved. Until Friday, April 10th, I had received a notice that it had been sent into collections. I called this morning, was transferred yet again to an extension where I had left a message that I'm sure I will not hear back from. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the headache and stress, DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE. After reading google reviews, I am not the only person who has experienced this exact situation. I have never, ever experienced such awful service and disrespect from reception, billing, and everyone in between. read more

Tomorrow is my final appointment with this office. Something came up and I wanted to reschedule but couldn't do so in the 48 hours time frame. The office would charge me 80.00 for cancelling and said that I signed papers. The office is correct. With that being said, tomorrow is the last time the Center for Family Guidance in Marlton will see a dime from me and a negative review today. The doctor is fine and no issues with the staff. I wonder if the loss of my future business and negative comments are worth it to them. I hope the ownership see this today and decides to cancel me anyway which would be fine with me. read more
