I won my case, due, in large part, to Robin's testimony. The Judge stated on the record that he found Robin to be a very credible witness. Robin has been doing my taxes since 2022. I am very please with her work. As others have stated, Robin knows her stuff. She is well versed on taxation issues and it shows through in her worth ethic. Because of her confidence, she has been more than a tax preparer for me. She has also been a mentor and a friend. She makes herself available and has gotten me through some difficult twists and turns with the IRS. Working with Robin I am able to stay centered and calm when faced with challenges. I have been working with Robin since her CPA husband ran the company. After he passed, I thought about jumping ship to another CPA. Robin is smart and if she does not know the answer to something she will ask a colleague and get it. She has saved me lots of money in taxes over the years (Though she is conservative) and wants to make her clients audit proof. She got me on board with paying my estimated taxes, which I had not previously done, and she checks in quarterly to make sure my income is in line with those payments. She is also now putting my monthly income/ expenses into quick books, so that I don't have to panic in December and go through 12 months of receipts. This has allowed me more time to run my business.
