Hired Chris and CGL flooring through a referral through a project manager. Really happy with how it all went! We got 3 official estimates and CGL and Casas flooring were about the same with H&M Flooring about 50% more. The team got to work as soon as the wood was acclimated to our place and got through re-doing 45 stairs and 3 floors in less than 10 total days. The final check was for exactly the estimate price. Chris and the guys from CGL came and did our floors after water damaged ruined our old engineered hardwood. Two guys started the work, and one guy finished it. We decided on Cali Bamboo, which is a super hard floor and some really nice looking wood. We ordered from Lowe's and CGL installed it no problem. Full install, took about 2 days. Each day they were professional about cleaning up. I wanted to wait a full year before posting this review to be sure the floor didn't buckle or do anything weird and suffice to say it did not! In fact I had only a small issue and Chris came over and fixed it himself. So they stand by their work. The floor has withstood the punishment of our 50lb dog and cat. It doesn't really scratch at all and looks just as good today as it did when it was installed! And that picture of the brown lab laying on the floor would be our house! read more

We have a large dog and wanted bamboo flooring (more resistant to scratching). The downside to bamboo is it is needs to be installed correctly. They did a great job installing a very difficult to install product. Bamboo flooring installed incorrectly can cause unsightly gaps once the weather changes. Our flooring has been in for a year without any issues. Very happy with our flooring that our dog cannot scratch. read more
