There is a lifted, deep tub, hair dryer, plenty of washclothes and towels and they supply all the washes you could need (though we brought out own due to skin sensitivity). We were shown to our own room and given a thorough but brief rundown of everything we would need. 10/10 definitely recommend.

On a Saturday night of a holiday weekend I noticed our dog was acting a bit "off". I waited until Sunday morning to see how she was doing. By that time, Holly wasn't doing well at all. Unable to stand, and not eating, I knew we were in crisis mode. I called the doctors office at about 6:30am. Her answering service called her and she called me back within 5 minutes. After explaining the symptoms to her she said she would meet me at the office. By 7:15am we were in her office and she was running tests. The news, was as we expected, grim. With tears in her eyes she told us just how sick Holly was. Sadly, cancer had overtaken our dear girl. She explained everything to us and gave us time to think. We knew what needed to be done, and we said goodbye to our girl in her office that morning. As sad and heart wrenching the experience was, the Dr was amazing to both us and our Holly. Her compassion and professionalism left us feeling that we fought a great fight and we had no doubt that Holly had the best care imaginable. Dr Cyr gave us peace of mind. She was there when it mattered the most and for that we will be forever thankful. She offers emergency service for her current patients and honestly, after seeing the "other local options" I am so glad we had her.

BEWARE if you care for your pets! This vet is condescending to owners concerns and as it turns out…read moreher complete disregard for the owners concerns resulted in completely missing Adenocarcinoma, a cancer in the rectal glands. I explained my dog seemed to have trouble moving recently which was not normal. I also explained he seemed to be having trouble passing stools. Her response was, "haven't you found getting around more difficult as you've gotten older?" Surprised by her tone and unprofessional diagnosis she followed that with exercises for him that would help keep his strength up. I followed her treatment and we followed the regimen exactly for bout 6 weeks when I noticed his stool passing was not only getting more uncomfortable, but there was a slightly deformed. I immediately returned and explained why we were back sooner than she had expected. Her response to these new and worsened symptoms. Her response: "he needs to go on a raw diet". Not in these least satisfied I drove 3 hours to the vet I had been going most of my life with pets. In less than 5 minutes he put on a glove and inserted it in my dogs hiny. His response was immediate and absolute: "He has Adenocarcinoma". My heart sank and anger began setting in. Not only was she completely incompetent, I put my dog through extreme pain with the exercise regimen she insisted was all he needed. I know he did it without complaint for me and this pain will never leave my heart. I followed up with the referral to another vet in Pittsburgh who basically explained if we had got him there earlier we would have had a chance for recovery, but by the time we arrived we would only be able to manage and slow the spread. but we would lose him, which we did. DO NOT GO TO THIS VET. She should not be allowed to practice!
