It was also nice to see dogs out for walks every time we visited whether for drop off or pick up. They offer a wonderful assortment of ways to 'keep in touch'. In addition to the extras we signed up for we appreciated their private FB page - it was fun seeing our dog in the action pics! We also appreciated the convenience of their texting line for their questions etc. Despite our dog's tendency to be timid / slow to warm up they met him where he was and made it a nice stay. He was not stressed at all after the experience and we easily picked up our normal routine when we got home. We would book again without any hesitation.

I have had these reservations for months! I am traveling from Florida to New Jersey to visit my daughter for Christmas. According to Alex they have decided because of a respiratory virus that MAY be going around that they will not be accepting any out of state clients. From the get go they seemed to be overly concerned that one of my dogs was 16. She is in good health and other than being older has no issues. They even called our vet to make sure she is ok. I am convinced they didn't want to be responsible if something should happen to her while there... How can they expect me to find another place at this late date. I am soo disappointed!
