I would never use Craig Ziegel again! I think he's a MCP, but just my impression. I called about a…read morehouse I found on Brown's website and he happened to be the agent who answered. I went and looked at the house, and it wasn't right, but he suggested some others. That was fine, and I called my husband to look at a couple of them. Once my husband was part of the package, Craig never said another word to me again. It was all man-to-man, and it was as if I didn't exist. It was clear that Craig saw me as the idiot little woman who couldn't manage financial decisions. Guess what, Craig? I've got a PhD and you probably have what, a GED? Another thing, I caught Craig in a number of LIES. Just straight out lies. For example: one home looked like it might be just outside city limits, and that was a concern only because we wanted city fire and police protection. I asked Craig if the house was *in* city limits or just outside because I couldn't quite tell on the map. He said he didn't know, but he was sure it was in city limits, then pretended to look it up (or maybe he looked at Google Maps, which was what I looked at), returned and said "Good news! It's in city limits." I just got a feeling that he wasn't being honest, so I called the city clerk and got the answer. it took all of three minutes, and the house was NOT in city limits. I never bothered telling him why we nixed that house. There were other blatant lies not worth going into. Small, but substantial when you're doing business of any kind. In the end, my husband and I had Craig finish the deal on another house, only because Craig had done the work and it would have been wrong to send it to another agent at that point. My husband also finished buying a couple of other properties. But we agree: Craig Ziegel is not honest, and my husband also saw quite clearly that once he showed up, I no longer existed as a person. I was simply arm candy.
