He has a wealth of knowledge and was able to diagnose and repair a starting issue that another large motorcycle shop could not fix for me in the past. One constructive comment would be to not charge for fitting of accessories when buying them with a new bike, that way customers would be more likely to buy more accessories at the same time. Would I go back - oh yes, already gone through the 1k milestone on the bike, so next stop is the second service at 10k. Hopefully see them then.

Brought it back multiple times they told me all fixed. Fork seals still leaked electrical issues still. Then I got a bad oil leak i took to another shop. They found clutch cable routed wrong clutch not adjusted correctly. Found 120 in each brand new cylinder when horoscopes found so much scoring and corrosion on walls. Carbon build up on new pistons and valves. Tuned was set to a stock injector which injtorin bike was a way larger. Found wires under new fairing open and bare. Connectors duct taped together. O and found engine motor mount with a bolt threw it but no nut or washer. Transmission over filled half quart. Wires pinched in-between fairing from turn signals instead of threw fairing as they should be. Rocker boxes were not torque. And allot more now I'm trying to get some of the money back for improper maintenance. And I'm getting a run around. The bill was close to 14k and then after being at another shop to fix all issues almost another 6k. So I highly highly recommend avoiding sams.​

I drove down to the shop he next week, pointed out my moped, and was told it had been fixed months ago, and they were charging me for storage. I refused, and brought in phone records showing the times I called, pointing out there were no incoming calls from the moped shop. The owner would not budge, so I was forced to pay for the repair and storage. I would suggest that anyone that wants to be completely f'ed by a stranger bring their moped to these "mechanics".

I have to give all my information again and was told they would not get to it today since the technician is out. No problem...I was told to leave it out front and that it would stay there for 5 minutes as they would move it to a more secure location. I left and came back two hours later. My ski is in the same location. I hooked it up to my truck and as I'm leaving I call the service advisor Bryce to let him know that I am canceling my appointment and taking my jet ski. His response is ok. I told him I'm taking this ski and no one even stopped to asked me what the hell am I doing. Bryce never comes out of the building.
