    Dr. Donaldson has gone to California Head & Neck. However, I am unsure of his start date there.

    Does he accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO?

Regardless of insurance it does not take almost nine months the schedule a procedure. I've called and been told a message is being sent to the surgery scheduled, I've called and been told a message is being sent to the office manager and to expect a call back, I've called and been told the practice manager is getting involved and I'll be hearing form them. Not a single one of these things have happened. Getting ahold of some at the practice is impossible. I don't even know if my referral is active. I'm not even sure if the doctor is taking my insurance. DO NOT COME TO CALIFORNIA HEAD AND NECK. If you're pcp refers your here have your referral redirected immediately. Don't wast your time. Doctor Banthia couldn't even be bothered to explain a procedure, he told me to scan a QR code on a brochure then told me to use AI.

    This is purely to do with their billing department. I had an appointment in the beginning of…read moreDecember. I made my copayment at the front desk. In my bank account it shows I paid on that date my copayment. I then get a text at the end of December that I owe my copayment still. I look on the website and it shows my balance is now what they are apparently additionally charging me. So I called their billing department at the end of December and asked why I paid my copayment and it's saying I still I owed a copayment. They told me "oh it's a glitch. It's saying in our system the hearing test wasn't covered. But it should have been. So I'll fix your account now". Cool. Great. January I get another text telling me I owe them my copayment. I called AGAIN and they said it was an issue with their text messages and it shouldn't happen again. That's twice I was notified I had an unpaid balance and two times I had to call their department. FEBRUARY I get another text! I call a THIRD time and they say "oh well well notate your account it should be a 0 balance". Now I am holding PAPER statement saying I need to promptly pay my balance of my copayment that I paid two months ago. A paper statement. Because text messages aren't enough harassment. Now I have physical mail. And the best part? I have a 0 balance on their little website. And that paper bill with the slightly threatening wording included an envelope to send in my payment.... Postage is not included. So not only do they mess up three times, they have the audacity to not even provide postage. So I called a fourth time. I'm told "yeah you have a 0 balance. But you actually owed TWO copayments. We adjusted that For You" as if they did me some great service. I proceeded to tell him what the 3 previous reps told me about the additional copayment. And that no I never owed that. So no you are not doing me a service. He tells me it's a recorded line so if I get another text or bill they can refer to the recorded call" So none of my three other calls were recorded then? Apparently there are no notes from one of my calls that I clearly have in my phone history. So to conclude. Their billing department needs to get their act together because this reflects poorly on not just them but the doctors office as well.

    I don't usually write reviews, but Dr. Arthur Uyesugi and his team truly deserve one…read more For a long time, I had been dealing with ear problems, pressure, hearing issues, and a lot of uncertainty about what was causing them. Dr. Uyesugi took the time to listen, answer my questions, and explain everything in a way that made sense. What impressed me most was not only his knowledge and experience, but also the fact that he genuinely cared about finding the right solution instead of rushing through appointments. I recently had a Eustachian tube dilation procedure, and I am very grateful for the care I received. Dr. Uyesugi made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. His professionalism and expertise are second to none. I also want to thank audiologist Melina Garay for all the effort she put into helping me. She was patient, thorough, and took my concerns seriously. It was clear that she wanted to make sure my hearing issues were properly evaluated and addressed. The entire staff was wonderful as well. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From scheduling appointments to follow-up care, they made the whole experience much easier. When you are dealing with hearing and ear problems, it can be frustrating and stressful. Having a team that truly listens and works hard to help you makes all the difference. I am very thankful to Dr. Uyesugi, Melina Garay, and the entire staff for the excellent care they provided. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an outstanding ENT and audiology team.

    I came in for fullness in my hear for almost two month / tinnitus. I felt like Dr U did not listen…read moreto any thing I had to say about my symptoms and continued to suggest other theories for my problem and disregard what I had to say. He insisted I was having migraines, though no systems of such. I'm familiar with migraines. I still went with his medication plan for migraines. Three visits and each time having to remind him of my issue and correct what he thought was the problem. The last visit he prescribed muscle relaxers and pain medicine. Still with the migraine meds- having me take 3 RXs at night. He seems to just like to push pills. I even just took some antibiotic I had for a few days and my problem finally went away. I do not recommend this doc, very dismissive.

    Disappointing. I had surgery there several years ago by Dr. Greek for a deviated Septum. I was…read morenot happy with the offset of the nose, or a new "bump" in the nose either. He said not to worry, that it would get better. Well it never did. I since have seen other ENTs and they have comment on my deviated septum. I recently had another surgery to fix what Dr. Greek did. My surgeon even commented that I was lucky he was "not an expert surgeon" as he left a lot of cartilage in the nose that was broken, whereas most other doctors would have removed it. By Dr. Greek leaving it, it saved me having to have a graft, however this should never have been needed had Dr. Greek fixed my nose the right way the first time. Other than his skills at surgery being sub-par and making matters worse, the office staff was nice and friendly And... im not a yelper with a couple reviews and only posts when I'm pissed... I have lots and believe in being fair, but having to have a 2nd surgery to fix the first, is annoying and costly!

I was happy with that aspect :) Doctor didn't even use a light to look inside my mouth . I found that very strange ! Insouciant is a great description ! This was at Corona office !
