While leaving the premises, the employee--woman name Ravan--completed the receipt check. Rather than handing the receipt back to me with basic courtesy or respect, she discarded it directly (throwing my receipt) onto the ground, that I had to pick it up when she was supposed to pick it up after throwing it down to me. Her unacceptable action was dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unbefitting of someone representing your establishment. This kind of behavior creates a hostile and degrading environment for customers. I expect a prompt review of this incident and appropriate retraining or disciplinary action to ensure other patrons are not subjected to such disgusting customer service in the future.

Joseph was our checkout cashier, and he was personable and polite and wished us a good rest of the week all while doing it all with a smile. Javier, what can I say about Javi....he is our Mostest Favoritest (I am aware that isn't a thing) checkout person in all of Costco all over the world.
