During the order they had a promotion that if you spent so much you saved money so I added extra unneeded items to met this spend taking into account the helmet purchase. The helmet is now showing to not ship for yet another 6 months making it 9 months after the purchase date. The company thinks this is funny and just blames it on the manufacturer. That is not ok This company will opt stand behind their items sold and when things go wrong say tough luck it's not us. Other respected equestrians suppliers would cancel the entire order (including treats) as they could not fulfill their agreement at purchase but here it's just wait longer and longer This is a business where the customer does not matter just their money

After being given Amy's number I texted her for her hours and about specific items I was looking for. Long story short she told me she didn't have the items, I said okay and that I would love to stop up anyways to see the store. (As I'm looking for TONS of new things, and I am a big time impulsive buyer), she said good luck. Today store hours are 6:00pm to 8:30pm and I have to plan ahead because I live 35 minutes away. I pull in two minutes till 6 and the lights are still off, a woman walked up to the doors unlocked them and walked in. I figured I would give her some time to get the store ready so she wouldn't feel rushed. After about 5 minutes, and still no lights on... As soon as I go to get out of my truck she comes out and starts to walk to the convenient store next door. I ask her if she planned on opening any time soon and she says no, I'm going on vacation soon. So I told her who I was and that I spoke to her previous through text and that I said I would be stopping up. She says to me, "I already told you I don't have any of the things your looking for". Instead of trying to explain to her that I'm willing to buy other things than just what I had texted her for, I just said okay. I guess the moral of the story is that most people, if they can, want to buy more than just the necessities for their horses. I'm not going to fight someone to try to give them my business. AND, Amy was very unpleasant and rude. I'll take my business elsewhere... Not because the store was closed and she may have been leaving for vacation, but because of the way she treated me.

This is the largest selection of boots I have seen anywhere! Work boots, cowboy boots, rubber barn boots, waders, hiking boots, fashion boots. They had a lot of clothing options too. Wrangler, Ariat are both there, as well as many other jean brands to select from. They have plenty of sizes in stock as well. The salesman we talked to initially (when my husband was originally looking for work boots, but then decided he didn't need any) was super helpful, and guided our selection process. Steel toe and non-steel toe brands. I was able to purchase Ariat jeans for my husband, an off-brand Carhartt-type coat for my 11 year old son, and a t shirt for my 6 year old daughter. If you're waffling between brands of boots, I'd stop here. They had most (if not all) of each brand's lines of product.
