It was a message saying ( 30 minutes before my appointment ) that they had an emergency and had to cancel the appointment. The message said they could see me the following day. I could not go that day and left a message about rescheduling the following week. As of today 5/26 I have not heard back from anyone. I ended up at another place and doing a 1/2 hour reflexology, which was wonderful. This is not a great way to run a business and I will not be using them again.
