I was thrown off at first when I had to take my shirt off and get under a towel because it was a facial. It was really a facial for the face, the neck, ears, shoulders and top chest area. Some of my nails are different lengths, there are edges/corners that are missing polish. One of my nails has a .5cm section that didn't get the last coat of color so it's two toned. Overall, the nails still look fine from far away but I don't feel like I got the quality I was looking for for the price. Everyone was very friendly and it is clean inside!

Mikayla was approachable, warm and made me very comfortable. I would easily recommend her if she is available at booking for any future services you might need. The Well House is a really interesting historical building. It combines old roots with modern touches and the owner continues to put a lot of effort into the maintenance of the space. They have multiple floors including a halotherapy room! For accessibility purposes, an elevator is available for use. If you're a consistent high-end spa goer, they do offer membership packages.
