She confirmed whether or not I had ever had a facial so I knew what to expect (I've had only 1 before and this one was over the top compared to the basic one I received before). I was thrown off at first when I had to take my shirt off and get under a towel because it was a facial. It was really a facial for the face, the neck, ears, shoulders and top chest area. There was definitely a massage and amazing feels from all the oils, lotions and whatever else was used on me. The best. My technician was really focused and spent time redoing nails if it looked wonky. Unfortunately, she did not catch everything (and neither did I until it was too late to go back). Some of my nails are different lengths, there are edges/corners that are missing polish. One of my nails has a .5cm section that didn't get the last coat of color so it's two toned. Overall, the nails still look fine from far away but I don't feel like I got the quality I was looking for for the price. Everyone was very friendly and it is clean inside!

The bed for lash service was "contoured/curved" and so comfy. I usually toss and turn during a long service, this was a very comfortable experience. My aesthetician inquired about my preference of lashes - classic or hybrid and also level of desired fullness. The end results were amazing, so full and great quality. I can't speak for longevity yet but I have very good feeling. We also connected very well, she was very enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly. Just can't say enough good things! The only unexpected thing for me was no lash bath, I'll ask if they do it next time. I'm using to have lash baths as part of the service. It's just a personal preference really. I found that salon's availability is great. I was able to book the next service with no problem. It works very well for my schedule. Lastly, don't be intimidated by parking. Ask the salon about a discount code for parking for designated areas or find nearby lots. There's quite a few with the closest being across the street. Why offer a complimentary follow up if you are going to treat a customer like this? Also this complimentary appointment was unable to be rescheduled as complimentary and that was not communicated when making the appointment. She is not mindful of her customer's time and does not respect them enough to even communicate with them face to face. This makes for a poor relationship between customer and client. No matter how "good" your work is. The one thing that sets you apart in this industry is your customer service. She also blocked me as her customer instead of allowing me to freely review on this platform. This is bad business save your money and time and go to any other med spa in the area. If you're not already familiar with Chagrin Valley Soap & Salve, this is a wonderful little shop to come explore and get introduced to them. Chagrin Valley Soap & Salve is a local company (based in Solon) that uses pure essential oils, organic botanicals, and sustainable plant oils and butters to make the most awesome men and women's skin and haircare products. From natural deodorants to facial soaps and shampoos, I love everything they make. They also have, what seems like, dozens of flavors of everything (see my photo of the soap wall!). My favorite soap flavors are Chocolate + Honey, Sea Salt, Dead Sea Black Clay, and Honey Butter. It even seems like they have double the flavors in this store than they do on their online website. Score! Some other things I really loved about this shop: + They carry baby products and have a collaboration with Cherub's Blanket, another local retailer that makes the sweetest organic cotton baby products like blankets/bibs, etc. Or, if your dog is your baby (like me), CVSS also has dog products, which is great if your dog has sensitive skin. + Small travel/trial sizes. A nice option if you want to try products for the first time or pack something in your suitcase. + Gifts! OMG, they have the cutest pre-made gift boxes, satchels, and samplers in all sizes and price ranges, including thematic ones like "Coffee + Chocolate Lovers" and "Lavender Lovers." After a long day of driving 6 plus hrs into the area I was full of stress knots in neck and sciatic was acting up. I found the bldg easily enough per sites directions. The therapist was very professional and the therapy room was lockable to the public which I liked. Her touch was warm and soothing and although she was told exactly where my problems areas were she didn't go directly to them. She clearly has a routine and method to her therapy sessions. When she did make her way to the areas she gave then extra attention they needed. It was so relaxing I felt like falling asleep. Some places I've been to they do sheet cover a d some do not. I don't mind either way as I'm ok with being nude. She utilizes a soft set of sheets to cover and then moves it or your body around to work. When personal parts were close to or did slip into sight she very easily reconfigured the sheet. So professional and great massage that left me feeling 10x better than when I arrived thank you.
