The rice is often under cooked. They used to have a lovely soup and omelettes on the menu, both of which I practically lived on following a surgery last year, that are now gone. Consistency is key, we have been hesitant for awhile to order from this location out of fear that something would be missed or done wrong, and we'll probably avoid it moving forward, which is really upsetting.

We were confidently assured the food was completely nut-free and that extra care would be taken. However, this was not the case. My friend always tests her food first, and after a single bite, she suffered an allergic reaction. When we alerted the staff to this issue, their response was shocking. Instead of checking if she was okay, they immediately became defensive and accusatory, asking "Why do you not want to pay?". We were insulted, accused of lying, and confronted by a staff member who aggressively argued it wasn't their fault. We ultimately had to pay the bill in full for food we could not and did not eat, just so we could leave. I am shocked by such poor and defensive service. To be made to feel at fault after such a frightening and vulnerable event is completely unacceptable. To prioritize a bill over a customer's life and deny a mistake when there was an active allergic reaction is appalling and dangerous.
