The waitresses and bartenders are really friendly and fun. They also have a wide variety of hot drinks - the eggnog one is really popular, and so are the Schnapps/ grappa drinks - tried the one with pear, sour apricot and peach. Live DJ, small stage/counter with pole for the usual fun and drunken antics. Great crowd. Free Wifi. Small car park. All the usual cocktails, shots and beers to fuel your Apres Ski party time. Kind of hidden off the main road but ask anybody and they will help with directions.

Good beer and food. Music is the only slight negative in this bar. The owner fancies himself as a bit of a guru and so if he doesn't like it it doesn't get played. Requests are not an option. When he heard we were Irish all the stereo typicial stuff came on over the speakers. U2, Cranberries etc. Smoking area is at the bottom of the entry steps and again at the top. Toilets are only one cubicle each gender so don't leave it too late!

They always have music TV playing so if you get sucked into watching it easily like me sit with your back facing it. The bar staff are efficient if not a little under friendly although Willy who runs it is worth a look at just for his huge moustache and his inability to smile (so don't upset him.) That said the place always has a nice atmosphere and you feel like you are in a locals place. The wine is cheap and good and the beer isn't too much more expensive. Well worth a visit if you are in the village.

It feels refined yet relaxed, perfect after a day in the mountains. When we tried to walk in without a reservation, the hostess was sweet and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. The service throughout the evening was exceptional, welcoming and attentive without ever feeling intrusive. On our first visit, we ordered the dry aged T bone, and it was hands down the best dry aged steak we have ever had. The flavor was absolutely out of this world, rich, perfectly balanced, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was unforgettable. The real truffle pasta was beautifully executed with deep, earthy truffle flavor that felt authentic and luxurious. The tartare was equally impressive, fresh, well seasoned, and elegantly presented. The desserts were simply stunning. Not only were they delicious in flavor, but the plating and presentation were works of art. Each dessert felt thoughtfully crafted, both visually and gastronomically. This place delivers on every level, atmosphere, service, quality, and presentation. Reservations are recommended. We ordered glasses of one of the local Bolzano white wines. It was strong flavor but a good selection. For starters we had the cabbage salad and the stuffed zucchini blossoms. Both were very nicely prepared. For main courses we both had pasta dishes. I had the special spaghetti pasta with truffles and my wife had the special risotto. They were both nice sized portions and were wonderfully prepared. Tubladel is a bit more expensive than some of the other ranked restaurants in Ortisei, but it is worth it. We loved our meal.
