Cubo Bistro has been open for eight months, yet, surprisingly, I was not aware of it until this…read moreweek. Is located in the Centro Culturel de Tijuana ["CECUT"] on Paseo de las Heroes and is part of the Grupo Plascencia family of restaurants, so you can be assured of a certain level of quality. It should be noted that the valet parking station is located directly on the Glorietta [Traffic Circle], so look for the orange cones to designate where to drive up. When I inquired as to the restaurant's entrance, the courteous valet me walked me from my car across the plaza to the restaurant's front door. I was acquainted with the manager at Cubo, who used to work at Caesar's on "Revo". I did not recognize any of the waiters from other restaurants, but nonetheless, Gerson took care of me nicely. Was the best idea if you want to see a play, restaurant is located inside Cecut and provide parking for a small fee $11 pesos per hour. I had onion soup one of the most delicious I ever had and Plátano Macho tacos extra delicious taste! Atmosphere is trendy and elegant! I can't wait to go back!
