Equipment and facility are good. I was unimpressed with the 17 year old high schooler coach my child had.

I have no idea what the people who are saying things are broken are talking about. I've been a member at both the Centennial and Parker locations for 10+ years and visited 2-3 times a week consistently since they opened. Except for VERY rare occasions I've never encounter a shortage of equipement or a consistently broken workout station. The front desk people have always and I mean always been warm and gracious especially Dave in the mornings. I don't recall any time the mens sauna was out for 4 months and when it was down for repair there was always the sauna by the pool as a back up. Every time I've every had an issue it was handled immediately. Things do break but that is true of any high volume-high use club especially after 10 years of consistent use. I'm not sure what the other reviewers expectations are but mine have been met and exceeded.

Before plugging it in I move to another and the screen wasn't working. Okay moving on through my workout 1st stationary bike, screen broken. Moved to gym floor & started the circuit machines - only 1 of 6 not working today. Better than usual I suppose. Workout completed One of my favorite things about this gym is the recover area, so I went to do the leg compression. 1st set (size small) air leak in zone 1. Next set (size small) air leak zone 1. Sitting in 3rd chair down, decide I'll just stick with this set and skip zone one but the chair is broken and won't lean back at all. Decide if I am going to switch chairs at this point I should grab another set but then I was informed the other two sets left out all had leaks too. So I do my 10 minutes with leaks and sitting up straight. Swing by the front desk because I've been a member for over a year and this is pretty much a regular visit here. Once during a GTX class the front plate of the treadmill just fell off while the girl next to me was on it. All we could do was laugh Hate to complain but decide it's time to say something although I've heard from other members it won't change anything... I give it a shot. I report all the items while my husband orders us two protein shakes (about $21) and she said I can file a concern on the app or she can relay the message Monday. I have no intention of figuring out how to report each thing on the app, I honestly don't care that much because we can always switch gyms but I thought I'd give a heads up to anyone considering joining. I do love lots of things about this gym but it's not seeming to be worth the price tag currently. Some pros include the private sauna's in each bathroom and their additional coed saunas by the pool. The pool area in general is awesome, the kids love the slide and the snack bar (not outrageous but priced like you are at a beach club) They do have an adequate amount of equipment, so even with a bunch of broken things I can usually find enough other things to do to complete my workout. Large parking lot and great location.

I signed up for the Power Clinic from 6-8pm, and it was absolutely worth it, especially getting lessons from Pavan Patel. The facility (The Picklr Aurora location) is very well-maintained, and the experience was great from the start. JP, the owner, personally answered all my questions over the phone beforehand and was present, making sure everyone was taken care of. His staff was also incredibly friendly and made every player feel welcome. As for the instructor, Pavan did an excellent job training us in clinic, focusing on both situational and technical drills. Even in just one session, I picked up a lot of valuable pointers. I'll definitely be back

We knew enough about the game and the rules to be dangerous, so we signed up for "open play" and dove right in. Oops, we quickly realized that we actually knew less than we thought. After playing a few games, we weren't sure that this was going to work for us. We figured we would ride out the 30 days and that would be it. Then we signed up for a free Learn to Play session and what a difference it made in our attitude and we actually left better (still complete novice players), but a better feeling and excitement to continue playing. JP Parker, the owner/operator actually took the time to teach our session. He did an amazing job of teaching, coaching, and encouraging us during the class. It truly made a difference in our outlook and excitement to continue to improve and play more Pickleball. The entire staff has been very helpful, friendly and encouraging. We are glad we took the Learn to Play class and we meet JP. And yes, we are going to continue with the Picklr Aurora!

My parents have contributed significant amount of money to this establishment and remained loyal when people chose to sue them for their poor handling of payment during COVID. We have also referred this club to many people that attended. My sister chose to part ways with this club after a bad experience but I considered elevation to still be part of my home. Until recently when the owner Rob Graham told me to step away from a conversation where he screamed at my mother in her face including multiple profanities and called her a liar. This was after he recruited his coaches to listen to her private conversations she was having about very real corruption that exists in this club that my family has experienced first hand. I have never been more appalled and disgusted at the behavior of an adult man who runs an establishment that is supposed to make young girls and boys feel safe and supported. Coaches that I trusted stood by with knowledge of this behavior and continue to do nothing. I'm very sad to say Elevation is no longer part of my home.

My daughter came to RVC the summer of 2024 as a shy but enthusiastic beginner. She was given an offer to be on a team and was encouraged to work hard. We also partake in private sessions with many on-staff coaches, and this past season are lead by more coaches who really make my daughter feel seen and heard and validated, all while being lovingly challenged. She has grown into a confident and assertive athlete, her love for the game has exponentially grown and I attribute this to the support and encouragement she has received from the staff at RVC. I have had the opportunity to talk to Ericka and Jason on numerous accounts and I can tell you that they genuinely care for their players and members. In a culture where it's seemingly discouraged to talk to coaches, RVC values partnership and feedback and I believe this is a rarity in the club sports scene. It is our honor and pleasure to represent RVC.

Needless to say, our daughter was upset about it so they continued to not play her. She barely had any play time the second half of the season. When brought up to the owner, she completely sided with the coach and wouldn't even listen to what my daughter had to say. They totally ruined the club VB experience for her. A total waste of money and time. Thankfully we have since found other great clubs with amazing coaches, so she is continuing with club ball. I would never recommend RVC to anyone!

That mean little snot of a manager accused me of not paying after my monthly membership ran out but I still had credits left. I had to explain it to her in detail on multiple separate occasions and I could tell she didn't believe me. She actually argued with me once about it and I was so taken aback by her entitled attitude. I avoided her classes at all costs because she's SO mean and judgmental -- the opposite of why people go to yoga. She's critical of everyone around her and constantly makes passive aggressive comments that ruin the mood. She's the reason I ultimately cancelled my membership. Her bad vibes stank up the studio. Randomly MONTHS later I got a charge for $167 on my credit card for a "monthly membership" when that's not even the current rate per the website. Every time I called to have it fixed they played dumb, so I had to call the bank to have it reversed. That snot of a manager committed fraud because she's too dumb to do basic math and read the fine print! Don't go to this studio unless you like mean girls and getting charged for fraudulent transactions.
