The staff is friendly- but not overly so- they are younger kids staffing with a little too much turnover- they probably deserve a higher paycheck- good people- They will gladly change a TV channel when politely asked to do so- especially for us old folks looking to treadmill for an hour!! I've been here several times since and can recommend this PF. They've managed to get away from the typical negative stereotypes around gym membership. First, you pay month to month, so there's no ongoing commitment or contracts that are impossible to get out of. $25/month seems like a very reasonable amount to pay considering what all you get. If you join and decide it's not for you, just stop, There's a mix of all different types of people at different points in their fitness journey coming here. I've never seen anyone here who appears to feel uncomfortable just trying to find their place. The Black Card benefits are great. Completing a workout with time in the chair/bed massage area is great. Also, staff is always at the front desk, and everyone is friendly. I haven't visited any other location yet, but it's nice to know that feature is included in the monthly fee.
