We had a bit of a rough morning. Right before school drop-off, my son decided to gift me with three rounds of projectile vomiting all over his clothes, car seat, and the back seat and floors. Likely due to too much rolling around and laying down after a mostly liquid breakfast. Regardless, its a sick day for my son and for me I needed urgent car cleaning. The fine folks at Chevron Ducky's Car Wash referred me to Auto Pride in Blackhawk. They offered a full service detailing on the interior with carseat. About 2 hrs job and $375. Basically, every nook and cranny of the car's interior including mats were cleaned spotless. Same with the carseat, though that will take some time to fully dry. Very happy with the results, and Auto Pride also helped clean some bird-poop off the outside of the cat, despite me only paying for interior cleaning. They also have a very nice lobby with books, children's toy, snacks, funny gifts and card, car accessories, and clean restrooms. Coffee from Philz is free, but they don't seem to refill batches too often. Fast and free wifi, so feel free to work remotely here while they service your car. read more

We have been going to Chamois for some time. We came midday to reduce the wait time. Just before closing can be quite popular. The shift manager knows us and is very friendly. Today we asked them to clean the latte mess we made in a couple of places on the console. They cleaned that nicely. Like most car washes, like this, they do a good job balancing the amount of time cleaning and wiping down the car. We walk the car on pickup and if it needs more attention they gladly take care of it. For the price and the discounts you can purchase, they have a good product. read more

I read all the negative comments about the service and looked into going elsewhere but finally thought I would give it a try. I got the best car wash I've ever had there. I did the $35 basic. They got the dog prints off my SUV back window and did a great job with the dog hair. I'll be back. BTW, it's the same employees, just different owner. read more

They did an awesome job today buffing out a significant scratch on the side of my car from someone running into it, as well as removing water spots throughout the red paint and windshield/roof. We were really impressed. This wasn't a regular wash- it was an exterior detail service plus extra for buffing the scratch. Top quality result. We weren't sure if they could get all that out, but they did. Looks like new. If you have issues like this, I'd recommend asking the supervisor to take a look and give his opinion as to whether they can treat it. Have been a regular Supreme Wash customer since they opened, bring 3 autos in. They are now under new ownership and they are terrible . They have been doing a terrible job drying, but today, brought my Taycan in and they didn't even clean the interior. The dash was a mess, they left wet rags in the seats, passenger Door hand hand prints all over it. This used to be a great car wash where the employees took pride in making your car look good. I didn't realize there had been a change in ownership, and I took my car in. They did a horrible job. They didn't fully vacuum and they left all sorts of dirt and other things in the floor. They didn't clean the windows, nor did they clean the tires. I complained and asked for my money back and they actually came out and tried to make it right but it was a hurry up job and it just didn't work. I will never return to this business unless they up their game and start to do a good job. They switched out all of the employees it appears and part of the issue is that I don't think the people cleaning the cars now have been properly trained. I gave them a few stars because the people who work there are really nice, but I just did the most expensive wash they had and it was so sloppy. I just did a quick walk past the hood of my car and found so many spots that they missed, I'm going to have to wipe down the inside of my car and redo the windows myself, and I had to ask them to dry the back because it was left open and dripping all over everything when they told me that it was teady to go. I was planning on getting a membership with them, but I am going to keep looking for a car wash that is thorough without having to ask them to be. read more

This place is not the best. It is fast but quality is not there or up to my standard at least. You will get in and out within 10 to 20 mins... but they do not take quality seriously and more of how many cars they can get in and out as fast as possible. I had their most expensive option, #1, which includes spray wax, interior and exterior. Exterior : They missed a lot of spots and areas. Like others mentioned, you will still see residue and water spots. Seemed like they do not lift up the windshield wipers before cleaning the windshield. See pics. Decided to get my truck washed here. I will have to go somewhere to get the job finished. They spend a lot of time making sure your vehicle won't be damaged and I can appreciate that. If they put the same effort into the cleaning services they'd be a five star establishment. Employees were friendly but they did a poor job on the wheels and interior of vehicle. Better to give a 5 year old a bucket of water, a sponge, and five dollars than pay 45 dollars at Chamois Car Wash. I use to take my car here often and was always happy with the quality of the work they did so when I wanted to surprise my spouse by having her car cleaned today I didn't think twice about where I'd take it but wow, the quality has plummeted off the cliff based on this recent experience. The exterior wash was fine but aside from a decent job of cleaning the windows, the poor vacuuming and a quick dusting of the dashboard and panel, I couldn't even tell they'd cleaned the inside. The vinyl interior of the doors were untouched as was the carpet around the seats and in the back of the car. When I returned home it took nothing more than wiping a soapy rag over the interior to remove the dirt and other marks on the upholstery so I don't even think they used any kind of soap, spray cleaner or even a damp cloth to wipe down the interior. Please note they have a sign as you go into where you pay that lists the various different kinds of marks they don't clean from the interior but based on the condition of the work they did with my car I think it would be more honest just to say "We dust, we don't clean." read more

When you drive in to the Car Wash, their cheapest option is $15. I asked for the most basic Car Wash and the greeter tells me the basic Car Wash is $35. I pointed to the sign and said I want the $15 cheapest option. He said then we won't dry your car. He said you will go in. It will wet your car and you will drive out with the car wet. What he didn't tell me is that they have blow dryers that automatically dry your car. He basically lied to me to get me to pay for the $35 option. What he should have said was that we don't hand dry your vehicle. Instead, he chose to refrain from telling me that the blow dryers will dry my vehicle at the $15 price. I see this as extremely dishonest and poor quality service. I haven't read the other ratings, but I'm sure that's why the ratings are so low for this business. Took my car for a wash after a family trip to San Diego for the first time. Opted for the middle option, paid $40.00, and the car was washed and serviced in a timely manner. This place is always busy and they usually get you through pretty fast. Terrible interaction with the manager. After driving away from a recent wash, I realized that one of the buttons on my car's touch pad was jammed. I called immediately because I couldn't go back at the time. I was told that there was no manager on site and they took my message and took my number. No call back. The following morning, I took my car and showed them the jammed button. The manager took no responsibility, telling me that they don't "play around" with the buttons. I told them that clearly they had jammed it and it was probably a mistake, but I would like them to look at it and see if they could fix it. He spoke to me in the most condescending manner. He continued to tell me that this wasn't their problem and that I could take it to the dealership. I told him that I would send him the bill and he said that they are not responsible for the wear and tear on the car. This back-and-forth went on for a few minutes. As he was fiddling with the buttons, the jammed button popped back into place. Then he looked at me as if I was the stupidest person on the planet, " see, there's no problem". It was the rudest, most condescending interaction and so completely unnecessary. It was a very disappointing response to a legitimate request for help with a problem that was caused there. read more

My daughter took her small suv here last Wednesday. When she got back to my house we could see all water spots along the drivers side of the car. We immediately too the car back to shown them that it was obvious they had neglected to dry this side as there were not any water spots on the passenger side. The manager told me it was hard water stains from the sprinkler. I explained not possible as the car was not parked near sprinklers. He rub one spot and it didn't go away, mind you the car was dry and so was his hand, no of course it didn't fade. He insisted it was hard water even though I told him it didn't look like this prior. I left with the car, took it home and got out a bucket of water, car soap and a sponge... and washed the car myself. All spots gone. Now I would like my money back since I did the work myself.
