Cambron's body shop has had my Jeep for over 7 weeks and Jamie ( Cambron's contact person ) will…read morenot return my call. My Jeep has been there for warranty work from Jerry ray Davis. It was taken in before Dec 2022 and after 19 days was ready for me to pick up. After Jamie did the final inspection this is what I received a paint job that looked as if a 6 year olds first time of painting. after looking at my Jeep before leaving I told Jamie this would be a complete repaint and I was not pleased. There was dry spray that looked as if if was never touched paint boogers that could be seen by the blind blue tape that was left in numerous places paint pits in many placing in drivers door. when I showed this to Jamie she acted as if she didn't understand why I was not pleased and tried to scrape one of the paint pits out and only added scratches to the paint. If I knew this is the quality work I was to receive I would have happily kept my factory flaws. I told cooperate Jeep if I knew it would be like this I would have never had Cambron's body shop touch it. i have contacted corporate Jeep and ask them to please not allow another Jeep customer go through Cambron body shop. My Jeep is at Cambron for the 2nd time now for 5 weeks and I can not get anyone to return my call after the dealership Jerry Ray Davis has told me it would be ready. Why anyone would go to this shop is beyond me. The only reason I HAD to go there was warranties. Anyone giving Cambron's body shop your business evidently does not car for you vehicles or quality. Front plastic bumper cover head lights and fender was damaged. Took car to don moore After 5 weeks…read morethe finally call and say car is ready. When I arrived to pick it up. The bumper cover was loose could move it around. One fender was not repaired . 2 pieces of trim were so loose they would come off by touching them. Had scratches on rear if car that was not there when took in. Left car for them to finish . And after another week still Havnt hear a thing from them. Have had to pay for rental car for 2 weeks more waiting on car!! Would suggest another body shop to anyone!

Had a fender bender repaired. Car looked great but they left a speck of dirt in the paint, so…read morethey scheduled a repaint job and said it would take 4 days and I had to wait another month for it to be done. For some reason it only took 1 day and the speck was still there. The manager argued that it was normal and could just show up somewhere else if they painted it again! I can't prove it but do not believe they actually painted it the second time. I left very dissatisfied with their service. Oh, and they are not paying their employees enough because someone took my change I kept in the cup holder! Says a lot about their company.

Great family run business. Have used them many times from tractors to RVs. Always the same quality…read moreof service. I always call them first.
