Took it in for an oil change, got it back, the air conditioner is making an obnoxious buzzing noise. Took it in for tire rotation, a lug nut is missing. Patch a tire, the low tire light stays on. I then immediately take it back, and same reply... "We didn't do anything". I liked the close convenience, but sadly, this past " service" was the last straw.

After the list of items they quoted me the total came to 15 hundred dollars!
