Long story, I was not advised of property taxes due or given the payment coupon resulting in me being delinquent, and incurred a penalty. When I called her to ask if this was paid thru escrow or if it was the instructions or at least verbally advise me, she asked me if " I have heard of the internet and look it up myself" Unbelievable, so rude and unprofessional. I overpaid for escrow fees for the transaction, you would think common courtesy was included. Do Not Recommend this escrow company. Will never use again. read more

Specific to my experience, the bank was kind of dragging their feet, and Jaqueline and her team went above and beyond to set clear expectations with the bank on what needed to be done in order to close on time. Sold a few properties using Champion Escrow. My earlier transactions were done without any issues or problems. However when I decided to sell my commercial property, things got quite complicated. My property end up with multiple complications with the buyer not having sufficient and verifiable funds. They ended up doing multiple wires at the last minute well after 6:00pm. Jacqueline and her staff stayed overtime to collect and verify each wire. They worked with me and the buyer to ensure that there will be no issues with the title company. They also kept me informed throughout the process. In the end they were able to ensure that my property sold without any issues that may come back to haunt us. I have used Champion Escrow for 2 home transactions and each time I have not been disappointed; the staff there was very patient and thorough in explaining to me what I was signing. Even though I had some pretty basic questions, they were more than happy to answer them. They are fast in responding to emails and they keep you posted on what is happening with the transaction. I never felt surprised in the whole process and that's a good thing when it comes to selling a house. The office is centrally located in Temple City, so it's a great place to do signings since there are so many good eateries and boba places around. If your hands get tired from signing, there's a tea station across the street so you can take a break there. Parking is usually plentiful in front and there is a public parking lot in the back.
