The repair person was Dan Deluka, who after the service call, took the time to update me on the advancement of garage door openers in the last 20 years (the age of my opener) and what I would gain by replacing my old, noisy opener. Dan did a great job of explaining the options and the improvements made since my old opener was installed. In the end, I decided upon a model.
