This business is terrific. I had quite a surprise this morning when my garage door wouldn't budge using either the remote or the wall switch. At first, I thought it had somehow been unplugged, but that wasn't the case. Next, I considered the circuit breaker, but since the other lights in the garage were working, I knew that wasn't it either. In a panic, I called Royals Garage Door Service about the problem and was told that someone would arrive for evaluation of the needed repair on my garage door within the hour. Talk about a quick response! Their technician, Jack, arrived as promised and performed a complete inspection to determine that the garage door opener's motor had burned out. I'm currently writing this review from inside of my garage. I can't stop playing with the door opener, it finally works! :) I gave them a call and they came out and inspected it as soon as I was free. I don't know anything about this kind of stuff, so they could have ripped me off, but instead Jack, the technician, was very professional and nice. He explained it in a way that even I could understand. After they fixed it, I was expecting a hefty bill but it was exactly the price they quoted, which was way less than I was expecting. It's been years since this stupid door has worked and now it's working better than when I moved in. So yeah I'd recommend them again, if you're looking for someone to get it done call Royals. This sevice is highly recommended. Last week a friend nearly got the front end of her car clipped when the garage door came down too quickly. Terrifying to say the least. We found Royal Garage and called to see if a tech was available. They sent Jack over the same day. After he inspected the system he informed us that a tension spring had broken. I've been having issues with my garage door for YEARS, and I finally had enough. Sometimes the remote would open my door, but not consistently.
