They were very busy but the owner agreed to take a look at it if I brought it by the next morning. The next morning I brought it in and they immediately started checking it for me. His crew gave us the white glove service including installing the spare tire mount, ski covers, adjusting the position of the mounts on the trailer... they absolutely rock. Shout out to Kricket in the finance dept., she was fun to work with even though I did not need financing. She did explain the extended warranty and was very honest about how it works and the value it provides. Suddenly, the travel trailer started to violently sway back and forth so much that it crossed into other lanes. My heart was racing as I finally gained control, pulled off at the next exit, and drove straight to Vogt RV Super Center. I was visibly shaking from the ordeal when I explained the situation to Sara K and Lindsey, with two technicians, Greg and Juan, listening in. I told them our trailer had never done anything like this before. Without even asking me to set up an appointment, Sara K spoke to Greg, and they immediately walked out to my trailer. Within 15 minutes, they had made their assessment, brought out their tools, and got straight to work. I couldn't believe my eyes: Sara K and Greg were on their backs on the scorching asphalt--it was over 90 degrees outside--fixing the problem while Juan assisted. Another 15 to 20 minutes later, everything was completely fixed. Because of their incredible dedication and quick action, my wife and I were able to safely complete our journey to our property in Oklahoma. On their initial visit, the tech told us how to reset our side slide which was experiencing uneven movement and sticking. They also set an appointment for the following week to repair or our furnace. They showed up early for the repair and it wound up being $200 less than the original quote. They removed the furnace and cleaned out the mess left by dirt daubers (thanks previous owner!), then reinstalled and made sure the screen was in place to prevent future problems.
