He said he would check on it then return my call shortly. Several hours later by 5:14 no call. Went to United the next day got the equipment no problem. I called corporate and left a message on their machine, still no response back. Finally got a response back that I'm approved...to late already rented from someone else. I understand that people get busy but I had explained to the manager that it was needed immediately so I lost a day of work because they didn't get back with me.
