When returning it, we also had our generators on the truck that had failed and we were taking for service. The owner of North Main Tool Rental got out his propane tank and started them both (while standing in the hot sun and sweating)! They ran perfectly. He explained that sometimes when you hook up a propane tank they can get an air gap and that keeps them from starting. He said you simply turn off the tank unscrew the connection, you'll hear a hiss, hook it back up and it should work. May God bless he, his family and his business! He probably saved us a pile money for uneeded repair fees!

Yesterday I went with my husband to look at the mowers thinking that I was window shopping. Decided to try to get financed just for kicks and giggles and was approved immediately and was shocked. The customer care there is awesome. They were very helpful. The process was quick but thorough. They were very, very helpful and I highly recommend them. Even if you think there's no chance you'll get financed, try it. You'll be surprised. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, outdoor equipment and staff. When we were lied to by Tracy (parts manager) about the parts being on "back order" -- BTW I personally called Graveley's corporate office and spoke with parts and they said that both parts were available and could be shipped out that day, I called back to Tracy and was referred to Dave. Dave said that their system might state "back order" on the parts even if they were actually in store. He took over the case and found that the parts were actually in store and had the mower repaired and returned to us within an additional seven days. We started it up and immediately had the same problem with it. We called Dave and he said that he would call us back. Having received no phone call, we drove it over to the Conroe location on August 28 (having to rent a truck as usual to do so) and when we arrived were told that the owner had decided that he didn't like our review on the internet and that they would no longer work on our mower. Classy. What a professional move. If you can't fix it, just decide to shuck off the problem to another company. Not a problem Dave. Not at all. Quite frankly it was too much trouble to deal with an unprofessional, lying, group of staff who wouldn't answer the phone (BTW they do have caller ID so if you become a "problem" don't be surprised if nobody answers :) !)

Apparently some things are more expensive around here. We pay a little over $70. This does not include recyclables pickup. Not sure how much more they charge for this service. Coming from a part of Texas where trash pickup was included in my water bill and it was never over $65 for both services, I find their prices ridiculous. They pull around the back of our house ( still on our property as we are on acreage), and reach over the 4 ft fence to fill. She told me it was $125 fee to safety check, to which I agreed. Then she told me she would have to send someone out to see if they would be able to fill it first, due to having to pull in behind our yard fence through our pasture . Again I explained, we are on acreage.. and our home and land are built up where the butane tank is. I honestly felt like I was supposed to beg her to have someone come out to our house. We are 6.2 miles from this business. It should not have been a huge ordeal , like these ladies made it out to be. I was transferred back to Shirley, and I asked for a time frame of when someone would come out. She was rude and talked to me as if I was ignorant, and said "well it's definitely not gonna be today." I was taken back, but just responded with that's fine. I'm not in any hurry. I just need a heads up, as we own a business, and I need to be home to open our gate and show them everything. Shirley said that someone would call me when they were en route to our house. plenty of heads up there. I agreed, but had a bad feeling about it... so I called another company immediately. While I was on the phone with the other company, Peggy called me once again and asked me to return her call. I returned the call to be told that she had her field guy look at our house on a map, and they definitely won't be able to service us. I told her that was fine because I had actually just called another company anyways. Our home isn't new. It's 22 years old. Nobody has ever had any issues filling up our butane tank. I added a picture of how far they would have to reach over our fence. Also, their safety check fee was three times what the next company is actually charging me. I don't really care about the cost honestly, but I do care about how they treat customers and they are a huge disappointment in customer service.These people were downright rude, and not accommodating at all. I would definitely look elsewhere if customer service is important to you. They refused to even send anybody out, after looking at our address on a map.

Our residential tank ran out of propane just hours before a winter snow storm was coming to Houston and we were not a current customer but when I called and expressed my concern for my kids and the storm, they were quick to tell me they would do their very best to fit us in today. Within minutes, they had a service contract emailed to me and then added me to the schedule for the day. They not only arrived within hours in the same day but were able to tell me what needed to be repaired but was able to fill the tank to get me through the storm until repairs were completed. Green's Blue Flame will be our service provider from now on. We are so thankful they were able to get us through the storm. We highly recommend them for any residential service.

I finally connected with Jennifer and scheduled two service calls at an agreeable date and time. 1. The first visit was to fill the tank and Ron took care of that nicely even though the tank only needed a very minimal fill. 2. The second visit was from Lewis who was going to replace the gauge face, but after a brief discussion he pointed out that my gauge was most likely just fine mainly because Ron could only get about one gallon into the tank. After that, I apologized extensively to both Ron and Lewis for wasting their time but both were very understanding and there was no charge for either visit and the gauge is apparently ok. I was also pleasantly surprised that Cunningham does HVAC work and not just propane. I have a firm loyalty to companies that can meet all of my needs and maintain a high standard of ethics, and Cunningham is exactly that company! ...I only wish they could service my stand by Generac as well. So, when a tree fell during the hurricane and ruined my existing grill, I was at quite a loss. I do have a gas range inside, but without power, my gas oven will not work. Plus, I like to use my grill for an oven, too. The week after Beryl moved through here, I went to Cunningham to get a replacement grill. Because they keep such great records, they knew exactly which grill I had installed just 2 years ago, and I'm so thankful they had a new one in stock. And, believe it or not, they came out and installed it that afternoon! Now I could really cook! And cook I do on that grill, which is a big made-in-the-USA model. Love it and love the service from Cunningham.

Lying and saying you will come and then never showing up is rude and unprofessional. If you didn't want to drive all the way back out here to complete the installation you should have reimbursed us for the cost to install the vent and the cord. I don't know if you understand how silly it sounds for a service person to take your money and then tell you to finish the job. That is ridiculous. Finish the work you start. *** This company has changed their response again, now saying that the job was just a delivery. It wasn't. I requested appliance installation and delivery. They never asked what type of prongs or plugs were involved. When he didn't have the part to install it, he said we should go buy the part and he promised to come back the next day. He never came back. He tried to blame it on us. As long as you do the research to ensure everything he needs is available he might do a good job. But-- if he needs a piece of equipment to finish the job--do not give him any money until he comes back and finishes the work. There is a chance he will lie and say he will come back, and he won't. He will miss multiple appointments and waste your time. Most likely he will never come back, and avoid your phone calls. Or... He will tell you that it's all your fault and tell you to finish the job you paid him to do.
