I had to leave this review after trying to work with Elliott roofing on the subpar experience. On…read morethe phone multiple times this week and last week with a sweetheart of Hannah and Amy. Unfortunately we LEARNED AN EXPENSIVE LE$$ON. Key points in this review *Appointment moved back a day because Elliott roofing had to move it. (24 hrs notice) *Crew late - appointment was for morning - showed up at 5 mins til 5pm. I called to confirm they were coming every hour after 12 noon. *Nails left in yard (My two toddlers in my backyard daily) *Shingles mismatched -Very noticable (see pictures) So at the end of the day did our roof get repaired.... Yes. Did it fix the leak...still to be determined as it hasn't rained. If it needs repaired again I will update this review. Sadly we used Elliott roofing after I trusted the words that the guy who inspected it (Hollis) and sold me on his company. I was sure we would get great service and a great job done. He explained that the shingles would be very close to where we wouldn't notice a difference in the shingles. However when the crew showed up and they argued about the shingles being the wrong color.... I don't speak great Spanish but I did catch that. -1 Star The nervous me started calling on the hour after noon struck and I hadn't heard or seen anything of a crew being late or even coming at all. Poor communication in my perspective. -1 Star Anyone reading this have small children? Imagine them going to play in the backyard only to discover a plethora of nails the crew left behind scattered around the patio/grass. Makes you feel good and safe huh? -1 Star So I call and talk to a very understanding Amy (not sure of spelling my apologies) she says the invoice that went out might be able to be adjusted after I had called her shortly after the crew left. She was to get back with me the next day.... That took a few days for her to get me the unfortunate news that the invoice is what it is. Yeppers you read THAT correct. Nothing can be done about my experience. Hopefully now that you have read my review you can make a decision to go with a different company as I should have and will continue to do business with after my expensive LE$$ON. If you have any questions - please don't hesitate to reach out! I would hate to have THIS happen to anyone else! I did not realize my family was on the deserving end of this type of treatment... The guys that did our siding also cleaned up their stuff and shingles that had blown into my yard. They left it better than they found it! I highly recommend this company!!

Garrett the sales guy was able to come out to do a free in-home estimate in a very timely manner. Garrrett was great, he was very professional, courteous, and well informed about the products and different options. Just at the same time he wasn't pushy, he didn't try any high-pressure sales tactics or try to make it seem like you have to do this right now NOW. As for price, that's going to depend on the size of your project and a whole bunch of different variables. Personally, I had three of the national, premium custom-made window, replacement companies come out and one regional company to quote the price. In my case as of doing this project. I found window world to be very competitive in their pricing, especially considering their excellent lifetime warranty. After I ordered the office staff kept me up-to-date on where my windows were within the manufacturing process. My new windows arrived at their facility well within their stated/estimated timeframe. When the installers arrived at my house, direct employees of window world, not independent contractors, or people they just hired for the day. Wes, Travis and David were great just like Garrett and the gentleman that came out to do the fine measurements for manufacturing. They were professional, friendly, and happy to answer any questions. They didn't even mind if I looked over their shoulder, a little bit, just out of curiosity of how all this worked. Now the windows look amazing, it just changes how each room and the whole house looks. I hope to not do this project over again anytime soon. But if I do find my myself needing new windows, I'll definitely give window world a call.

They did a really good job. My bathrooms are shiny, carpets are vacuumed, floors are mopped, mirrors are spotless, dusts are basically gone, especially from difficult places to reach. I really appreciate their good job today, I feel happy! Thank you Helen!
